We had a significant water issue under the floor in our lower level, and he came out right away and has been invaluable in helping us navigate our first home owner's insurance claim. I could not have been more pleased with the help I got from Water Trails Restoration. Aaron, the owner, responded immediately to my call for help. He had all the necessary tools, equipment, and knowledge to mitigate substantial water damage from the bathroom in the unit above me which had released several showers of water into the wall between my bathroom and dining room before water was detected on the floor in the corner of my dining room under the table. I so appreciated Aaron’s knowledge and cool as he diagnosed how much of the wall had been affected and opened up the ceiling and wall areas as needed to allow his powerful machinery to dry things out.
