"I am so glad I hired Pinnacle Contractors to build a dog run fence and small deck. We had a challenging space because of buried utility wires and cables and they were very creative in coming up with solutions. They did a beautiful job and were very responsive to my Vision for the project. They exceeded my expectations!"

"Alex and his team did an amazing job on our built-in bookshelves and base cabinets, surrounding our fireplace. Their work is exacting, meticulous, and beautiful. They listen to their customers, make changes when suggested, and they left our home spotless. We would highly recommend 360 Carpentry for any cabinetry project."

"We started off by getting bids from four separate contractors. Stan's bid was somewhere in the middle price wise but I find that it isn't always best to go with the lowest bid. Some contractors will give you low bids just to get their foot in the door, leaving things out like permits etc.. I felt Stan gave an honest and well thought out price. I also like to see what kind of vibe I get from a contractor when I'm speaking with them. If they seem like a used car salesman, just telling me what I want to hear, then that's a great indicator to avoid at all costs. I didn't get that vibe with Stan at all. He seemed very honest and to the point which I like.
Once contracts were signed the project started and went very smoothly. Stan projected, if I remember correctly, that it would take around six weeks for the conversion and that's about how long it took. I've heard horror stories from other people about contractors disappearing, during a project, for long lengths of time and taking forever to complete the project but I can tell you this was not the case with Stan and Superior Building Concepts.  Every time I sent Stan an email with a question/concern it was addressed immediately, and, as was stated earlier, our garage conversion was completed in the projected time frame.
Ultimately, working with Stan and Superior Building Concepts was a great experience. The garage conversion looks great and has become a heavily used addition to our home. I would recommend Superior Building Concepts to anyone seeking a contractor and would/will definitely use them again.

"John and his crew did a wonderful job on our master bathroom and laundry room remodel. We already had a lot of the materials as this project started five years ago and then stopped and he did not have any problems using our materials and helping us pick out new materials. We are very happy with how our project turned out and even had him work on our upstairs bathroom two months later. John and his crew were personable, good workers and took pride in their work. We are planning on a kitchen remodel next year and will definitely have John and his crew work on that project."

"IYH remolded our entire master bathroom to make it more accessible/ADA compliant for our 13 yo son who has Cerebral Palsy and is wheelchair bound. They also installed flooring in our bedroom and closet. Installed a beautiful wider frame door and cement ramp to entry way. We could not be happier with the end result. John, Kristen, Skyler, Max, Lee, and the rest of the IYH team went above and beyond our expectations. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail is amazing. We would HIGHLY recommend IYH for anyone that is planning to remodel. We will definitely be working with them again for future projects."

"I love our new kitchen. Two years later, when I look at it, I smile. We had no stress while Ron orchestrated the remodel of our kitchen, overseeing the electricians, carpenters, flooring, counters, and painters, etc. All we had to do was have fun selecting and designing the custom cabinets, the hardware, paint color, flooring, etc. Ron did a lot of the quality work himself. He was easy to communicate with and made helpful professional suggestions we had not considered. He worked fast and professionally. After completing the kitchen we hired him to personally tile our bathroom enclosure. He even included a recessed shelf for our shampoo and stuff. I love my bathtub. We will hire him again when we are ready to build on a new bathroom."

Carpentry questions, answered by experts

While framing a basement is not as difficult as finishing a basement, it's something you should typically leave to the pros. That’s because if something is installed correctly, it will affect your entire basement. However, you can take care of some of the smaller tasks, like filling holes or putting up some insulation.

When building a house, it is customary to use 16d nails that measure 3 1/2 inches in length to construct the frame. These nails are crucial in providing the necessary support and stability for structural elements like joists and studs, which ensures a sturdy framework.

Professionals charge between $60 and $95 per hour to install ornamental porch columns. The amount of time they need varies based on the condition of the porch, whether they need to remove old columns, and if there is any damage to your porch's structure. This cost can increase if more issues come up during the installation process.

Yes, you can hang picture frames, shelves, and other items on Trusscore panels. For lightweight items (less than 30 pounds), the company recommends using adhesive strips rather than nails or screws. However, you’ll need to secure heavier objects to a stud in the wall. In these situations, Trusscore recommends cutting away the panel material and fastening the object to the stud with metal hardware.

By careful planning and reinforcement to maintain structural integrity.
