He treated the wall as if it was load bearing, even though it wasn't (better to be sure). Even though our house is not "true," Paul managed to make the adjustments needed for the frame. He provided me with good guidance to open up one side of the wall myself, allowing quick installation of the initial "slab." He gave me a brakedown of his proposal.
