They also replaced parts of my backyard that had been removed by neighbors and built a beautiful new fence and gate out of cedar. "Showed up at 9:40 for 9:40 appointment. Job took 30 min. 2 workers. Nathan answered all my questions about the job and related fireplace issues. Happy to report that he stated when he didn't know the answer in depth, but suggested what may be the source of effects. The job was done quickly, professionally and cleanly. Quoted a list of optional improvements (chimney cap, brick cleaning/seal) and repairs (cement flue cap replacement) that should be considered, but that they not a limitation to safe usage of the fireplace. "Jan. 27, 2025 I paid Mario $85 to pull some weeds at my mobile home (that was basically edge work, because i have an outdoor 'looks like grass' carpet covering all area and no plants or vegetation at all, so it wasn't a massive job). He suggested I pay him $85 for 2 visits (so the 2nd visit would be free). Then he basically just 'weed wacked' the weeds instead of pulling them up by roots (as I said I needed done). I didn't see this until after he left, when I went out to pick up weed debri he had left on the ground....and instead I spent over an hr now pulling roots growing under the carpet edging left behind. After few months of rain, huge weeds now reappeared, forcing me to do again (easier to pull when wet) because couldn't reach him for 2nd 'prepaid' visit! Now today, tried again to call, recording says 'no voicemail setup', & all sites advertised on say CLOSED all days/hrs w/no contact info. This guy now GONE & I paid $85 for a 30 min. weed whack job!??? Scammer??"
