Quoted a list of optional improvements (chimney cap, brick cleaning/seal) and repairs (cement flue cap replacement) that should be considered, but that they not a limitation to safe usage of the fireplace. "After 3 of their tries, a tall gate they installed still pinches at the bottom & definitely will not auto close, as I required in the beginning. Despite my eventual supplying excellent hinges (& they never credited $$ back to me, for hinges they took back-- & am terribly confused about how they installed what I purchased, without even thinking how to secure, & without regard my expense, the furthest out screw is between boards & while I offered the bolts, pure wisdom says, at least, use some washers!! And the gate should've been trimmed at the top on one side -- so many others have commented "shabby work". & all say the gate should be redone & done right. They never did backfill the fence posts...I agree with another review...they say they know how to do the privacy fence right, then they fail to do so, or answer emails. They begin tasks well, then slow down to wks & now months passing. While I corrected a prior low rating, when they sent someone to correct...I now have to revert back!!!"

"I hired Paul to help me with multiple projects. He mowed our 2 acre field property when the grass was 4-5ft tall, which gave us easy access to our whole property. He regraded our driveway with approx 20yrds of gravel, leaving it smooth enough I could easily ride my street bike on it. He also excavated a small seasonal pond on our property and removed enough dirt to triple it in size, giving us a year round pond. Very happy with the results of all his work, worth every penny.
