"We had a gate fixed and a hot tub cover frame reattached to the base of the tub. Our handyman Bruce was on time, knowledgeable and worked quickly to fix the issues. Good job."

"They finished roofing a garden shed for me along with stripping / painting a fascia on the house. Very prompt to come out and give a fair priced quote. Day of work they were onsite when they said they would be and did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. I plan to use J&C Villas for all my future handyman projects that I can't do myself."

"Stephen came out and took measurements of the patio shed door which had to be replaced. He submitted a detailed Scope of Work and the completed work was exactly as he described. He stayed in touch with me throughout the process of ordering & door delivery. He is highly skilled, efficient and genuinely cares about his clients."

"Ruben showed up on time with all materials and ready to work on my fence and gate repair. He did an excellent job and we discussed additional possible projects. I would recommend Ruben to anyone."

My project involved removal of sidewalks, removal of tree stumps and aggressive overgrown tree roots, removing additional trees, sidewalks and stumps, and removing and replacing of the driveway. "I own a kitchen remodeling company in florida and David was my go to guy for about 8 years. He is a relaxed, stand up and competent dude. He worked on 30-40 of my projects as a sub contractor and has a perfect record of ZERO problems."

"Vlad did an excellent job! I will be using his services again. He mounted curtains, mounted shelves and did few other odd projects. He was professional and did everything in a timely manner. He was very conscientious and precise and everything looks great!"

"Francisco, with FCT Remodeling did an excellent job replacing our small bathroom exhaust fan with a larger, more effective unit. He was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly knew what he was doing. One thing we especially appreciated was that he took a video of the ductwork inside the wall and shared it with us, which gave us confidence that everything was installed correctly. His pricing was fair, he communicated well throughout the project, and the quality of his work exceeded our expectations. We were very impressed with the entire experience and will definitely use his services again in the future. Highly recommended!"

"I had a draw that was broken, and it came off track and I couldn’t open it at all. I called several people and they were the only ones that were willing to come out. They fixed the problem and got it done in no time. They also fixed several other things around the house as well. I was very pleased. They were right on time and the young man was very professional."
