Initially, they send couple great employees to inspect the chimney and give an estimate which makes one think that he or she is hiring a great company. However, the work they do can be better by ten years old. This company provides bad quality of work and poor workmanship and they make a lot of excuses and false statements. Again, please make sure you can inspect their work if you hire this company. I would not give them a single penny until they finish the work and it is inspected by the home owner. I found many mistakes and damages to my existing shingles. Be very careful."

"I have been with Arrow Exterminators on and off for almost ten years. This is the first negative review I have given on here. When you call them and ask to speak with someone in billing, it goes to a voicemail that isn't set up then hangs up on you. When you try to visit the office in person to the address listed on their website in OKC, it does not exist. I have been calling Arrow weekly to get a charge removed (it was a completion of service for a fifty square foot room, that they did not go out of the way for) for two months. This has been a waste of my time and energy. The mysterious Linda who maybe is the manager has never once tried to call. No one else that works there has the ability to help. All of this over $25. The issue here is with the management that obviously doesn't care about their customers. Don't trust a company that you can't speak with management on the phone or in person."

"I live in an apartment and my property management company contracted with Superior for pest control. I and several other residents have been dealing with a cockroach infestation for several months now. During the last treatment visit, the technician was rude and unprofessional in his conduct towards me. When I said that not all the roaches were being killed (this was after two months of treatment), he lashed out and told me, "I'm trying to educate you and you're not listening." He also said that I should not expect all the roaches to be killed because he was just trying to keep them under control, not get rid of all of them. He said, "That's why it's called pest control." I expect exterminators to resolve a pest issue completely, not just make the situation a little better. If this had happened in a home that I owned, I would have kicked this man out immediately and found a different company."
