Came out the same day and completed the work quickly.

Everything went great. Company was very responsive. Everything was accomplished in a very timely manner.

They called when they were on their way so I went home to let them in. Four guys and 30 min later and I was headed back to work. Very friendly, left no mess and super fast. Will hire again.

They did a very good job. There wasn't dust all over the house or anything. They had a vacuum that they stuck up the chimney. I would hire them again. 

They showed up on time and were very professional. They knew what they were doing. That's all you can ask. They did the work. 

This wasn't a big chimney or anything. I don't know of any improvements. They stuck their tool up there and went to cleaning. They had a vacuum they stuck up there with it. There wasn't' any dust or debris. They cleaned up anything that fell. They did a good job. 

The price was average compared to others.

Took weeks to get them to come out. Cost $145 for the man to look at a fan for 10 min and tell me it was working but not good enough. He said he would look at the floor model and get back to me the next day. Did not get a call. I called the company and was told I would definitely get a call back Monday. No call. I called back Wednesday and finally got a call back that afternoon. His response was to just add a new fan of the same size and an apology because he had forgotten all about us. Since he forgot about us, I think it's a safe assumption that he did not look into any way to fix our heat output, instead just to replace what we already had that wasn't working. This all after we trusted their recommendation for the woodburning fireplace we bought and had installed by them. After doing some research, we purchased a fireplace too small for the area we need heated. Will not do business with them again.

They were on time and immediately removed their show before entering the house. The work was professional and the installation went very well. They showed us how everything worked and said that if we had any issues at all to call 24 hours a day. We are very pleased with the quality of the gas logs and the attitude of the family owned and operated company.

Arrived as scheduled. Performed the necessary work in a friendly manner. Have previously used them for service and purchased gas logs from them. Always a good experience.

I visited their store about two years ago. I was in the middle of building a house and was looking for information. They were very nice and took the time to answer all my questions. When I had accumulated enough money I went back, bought my wood burning stove and they had it installed within 2 weeks even though their schedule was full. I can't wait to build my first fire! Also-just saw the weather for next week. Thursday's low is 18 degrees! I'm going to be toasty. Randy and his installation crew are just the nicest guys and they clean up after themselves too. I highly recommend American Chimney.

Randy, Jeff and Christian were wonderful, friendly and new exactly what they were doing. They had it installed pretty quickly, at least I thought, then even asked us if we needed anything else done, and proceeded to help us with some other things as well. I couldn't ask for nicer people to work in my home, nor a nicer looking, efficient fireplace. I would call them for anything.

Randy & the other gentleman that came were professional & curtious. Fast efficient & told us that we needed,had a small issue to be fixed at roof cap, possibly due to all the quakes. Very good customer service & and explained what needed to be done. Will use American Chimney again.

Everything went well and we are very happy with the professional job they did.

We saw this company's workers on our street working on a neighbor's brick repair, and stopped to ask if they could add brick planters to our brick mailbox with spare brick that we had.  They agreed and showed up the next day, did the job and thoroughly cleaned up the site  and street next to the site with a water house, including taking the leftover brick back to the place where they were stacked before.  They did a great job on the planters, they look like they've always been there with the mailbox, perfectly spaced and level.  I would definitely recommend them for this type of job!

Scheduling was easy, office personnel was helpful. Provider arrived on time, had materials to keep the home clean while they worked, gave appropriate advice, worked efficiently.

Cleaned my chimney promptly after I called. Sold me a fireplace insert and installed it with no problems.

They noticed moisture inside the chimney when cleaning and advised the additional treatment.

It went very well. I thought I was looking at a complicated fix for a gas fireplace that is over 15 years old and hasn't worked in 2 years. Jeff quickly found the problem was a dirty gas nozzle clogged up with dog hair. He even showed me how to clean it if it happened again. Price was exactly what was quoted over the phone. The fireplace worked flawlessly for Christmas.
