I was worried about a skunk or other animal trapped under my house. The tech listened to my worries, checked under my house and even in my storage building. No animal was found, he even helped me block some holes to keep more animals out. I was only charged a service fee which can be applied if they need to come back out and trap. I feel so much better now. I will not hesitate to call Champion again if needed.
