"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. "They dug a huge hole in my front yard looking for the existing water service line to the house. They dug up three shrubs that I had planted earlier in the year. The company?s pipe locator was not there when they started digging. If he had been, this mess could have been averted. After they called him back they dug up another shrub to get at the existing line. The work they did to install a new water service line was satisfactory. Now I just have a wrecked front yard ."

"This is the first online review I've ever written -- my experience with this company was that bad. Three aspects that deserve attention: 1) I placed an order and tried to cancel six minutes later. Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. The exchange was painful -- so unhelpful I felt like I was interacting with a bad chatbot. 3) I ended up eating shipping costs (expected) and got hit for a 50% restocking fee (unexpected) because I refused the package instead of paying to ship it back. Didn't matter that it went to the correct address, was clearly labeled, and had prior return authorization. So I ended up with a $21 refund on a $60 order, and a lesson learned about where not to buy appliance parts."

Josh did a great job figuring out how to blow in the material evenly throughout. His pictures clearly showed "before and after" -- great job. "The person performing the service had to make several trips because one of the "new" parts turned out to be faulty. I found both Complete Protection and their local repair contractor to be both very responsive and totally professional at every stage of the repair process."

The gentleman who came out to perform the service on my heat and air unit was very rude and act like he didn’t want to do the job effectively so I did call the company regarding his attitude and treatment of me as a customer and I felt very comfortable with the response I received from the office personnel. She said she would definitely have a talk with him regarding his attitude and behavior and she made it so that I as a customer would be happy. So I can’t say anything negative about the company it’s just that who they have representing them probably isn’t a person they want to send out to too many more homes because I said I would never use this company again. However, I will reevaluate my thought process and probably most definitely use them again. Again I can’t speak negatively about the company because she was very concerned about how I felt after my service was performed and during the performance of the service so sometimes you just have someone working for your company who doesn’t represent you the way that they **** and if that’s the case they probably need to go because they cost a new business.
