I called requesting an appointment for repairs to my central heat & air unit. I was told they would try to fit me in. I got a call an hour later to see if they could come check out my unit now as a customer had cancelled. The technician isolated the problem quickly, replaced the faulty component, serviced the unit and was gone within an hour. We will be calling Barron for periodic service and repairs from now on.
