Installers were excellent. Salesman was knowledgeable. Problem was they did not communicate. The first day the installers tore out my vanity as well saying they had instructions to replace it. On the second day, the salesman called me and said whoops, you can either fix that yourself or we can install a new one for 7,000 more than we agreed I was at work so said I could not make a decision then. The installers told my wife that day that they were told I said I would fix it myself. I never said that. The company called to check if I was satisfied afterwards and I told them this. They said they would open a ticket but no one ever followed up with me.

Showed up on time and explained everything well. Took the time to solve any issues and were very accommodating.

Eli and Steven were awesome. Very professional and communicative. Kept us informed every step of the way. We had our doubts going in because our final measurements appointment got cancelled an hour before time (and I had already taken the day off and lost money). So it left us a tad bereft. But the install team made up for it in kind. Excellent job. Thank you guys.

Jared George and Shane did a good job. Had issues getting in touch with office admin about the size of the pan but other than that they were able to provide me with a true five star installation! Communication was clear and the guys did great

The gentleman that weâ re assigned to remodel our master bathroom was very courteous and took us step by step in their process. The guys cleaned up better than I expected and involved us in the positioning of the accessories for the shower. I would recommend these two gentlemen to come and install my next project! Great communication!
