Bob, his daughter Tara and their installer Ray were all very friendly, honest and very good to work with. They answered all my questioned and gave me time to shop around and get other quotes without any pressure. Their confidence in their product and their original quote, in the end spoke volumes when making my final decision. Providing references, many examples to physically look at for colors all made my experience very easy to work with this company. Ray, their installer, was easy to talk with, very knowledgable, and did not hesitate to ask my opinion When my input was needed talking with the upmost respect each and every time. Very honorable Company!

Quick , easy and no problems

M Rhodes Co., LLC is a very honorable and professional company. They did a great job installing top of the line siding on our home and the siding looks beautiful. Their worker that installed the siding was very meticulous, polite, friendly and definitely a hard worker. The owner, Bob Rhodes and his daughter, Tara, explained in detail the process from start to finish. They were very knowledgeable, friendly and professional and answered all of our questions. I’ve had my fair share of shady contractors but Bill and Tara are HANDS down honest, reliable, trustworthy and communicate extremely well. When you’re paying for high dollar product and services, you want someone in your corner. I’d highly recommend. Not only will you get professionalism but the prices cannot be beat. It’s the SAME product and quality of vendors out there charging 50-70% more. Rest easy with the Rhodes family.

Bob and his daughter were very helpful, and checked on the progress daily. The helper that did the actual work was very good, he was very precise, the finished product looks great.

Called 5 different siding companies. 2 didn’t respond. The other 2 were the big name companies. Got estimates from the 2 big names. Seemed like used car salesman offering “special deals” for a few days only was quoted $62,000 and $58,000. My wife found M. Rhodes here on Angie’s list. Called them they came and gave an honest estimate (under what the big names did) $27,417. Very quick responses from Bob and his daughter Tara. They use high quality Mastic siding. Signed with them work started a week later. (Was told probably 10-14 days before it would start). Quoted 3-4 weeks to finish. Finished within time even with all the bad weather we had. His crew did an AMAZING job! Very friendly and helpful. Can’t recommend enough! I will be calling when I need windows! Thanks for a smooth fair transaction with quality work!!!!!

Everyone at his company was friendly, and respectful of both my property and my feelings. It looks great! My house has gone from the ugly house on the block, needing a lot of trim work replaced, to looking wonderful! Trim was replaced and covered, all areas were caulked well, and I now have an extra layer of insulation - and octagonal gable vents! Because of the extra trim work and caulk, my house cost more than just siding would have. I got quotes from a couple of other companies, and they were higher, plus this is a family business, so they care more about doing a good job than a large company, where you're just a number, and all they care about is getting done and moving on.

Purchased windows and and sliding doors from them. Very easy to work with and communicated great. Never had a question as to when things would happen. They were super fast and there was basically no additional work for me to do when they were completed. They cleaned up after themselves. Installer did a great job. They take pride in their work. I have use them for two houses now, and would use them again.

It was amazing. I have three cats and they helped me feel safe about moving the room to room during the install. They worked clean, they were kind and professional. And my windows are gorgeous! Best part… when I greeted them at the door, my door handle fell off. It had never done that before. Today, a day later, I noticed that they fixed it! That’s a class act boss move right there.

My husband and I constantly agree we made the right pick when choosing M. Rhodes LLC. They were straight to the point, no frills and sales pitches which we LOVED. The windows arrived about 4 weeks after we signed the contract and installed within 3 days. We had 26 windows to replace and they did an incredible job. We already feel a difference in the home and are happy in love! The light, the sound, the temperature is all a weight off our shoulders. We hope to work with them in the future when we decide we’re ready for siding to be replaced. I honestly wish they did roofs and everything else too with how incredible and stress free the process was.

From the very beginning till the end everything went really well. The techs are top notch had good personalities and did a tremendous job. The company is very good and did exactly what they said they'd do and checked on progress several times. This is a company that was a pleasure to deal with.
