Renewal by Andersen of Oklahoma City

Sales team lied to me about what windows I could buy to meet HOA requirements. When 3 windows were installed, I called and told them my HOA would not allow them. The managers lied about everything and convinced me that these windows could be painted. They can't. They are already chipping and look poor. It has only been a month or so. Biggest mistake ever. Do not use this company.

Still have no replacement window and would not recommend this company. They received their money and then were through with their customer service to us. Appears legal action is the next option

Team Terry Baker did an awesome job! Didn’t make a mess and perfect install! Explained how to clean them and left them sparkling! Can’t say enough about the excellent quality of these windows! These gentlemen have been doing this for a while and it shows in the work!

Great. The crew of Francis Peters were outstanding. They were extremely thorough, deliberate, and conscientious in removing the existing windows. . . and it was not a cinch. The windows were old and difficult to remove. The crew took great care in minimizing breakage and were thorough in cleaning up any that was necessary. The installation phase went equally as nice. Thorough and complete, including the sealing and calking. Finally, clean-up was complete and efficient. I highly recommend this crew to do your windows.

Very good service in Durant OK from OKC-based Renewal by Andersen. I would say that their product is top-dollar but excellent. The office (Sheree) was very accommodating of my busy summer travel schedule. Installation by Mike H. and Vernon S. was excellent and efficient. They arrived before 8 am and had completed my 6 windows .and cleaned up (minimal mess) before 2 pm

I had a great experience with both the sales rep (Jeremy) and the installation team led by Terry Baker. All Anderson employees have been professional, prompt and have communicated every step of the process. In fact, if they say they will be at your home at 8:00 a.m., expect to see them earlier. Terry’s team was early, got the windows installed and cleaned up everything. Also, they put up with my dogs and truly seemed to like them (as dog lovers always appreciate!).

I was skeptical at first of this company because they advertise so much by mail. I realize now that I shouldn’t have waited so long. The sales process was very comfortable and convenient. I felt like we made a friend of our salesman through our in home visit. He wasn’t overly pushy and helped us with information so that we could make the best decision. He was very professional. The installation process went smooth. It’s neat and a little unusual to interact with employees who exude such satisfaction of the company they work for. Mike H. and Vernon S. were professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and very polite. They explained the procedures taken to install the windows. In the end, we’ve got some great looking windows that perform well. From beginning to end, this was a process that will make me a repeat customer.

Extremely pleased with the installers, Mike and Vernon. They were promptly on time and did an excellent job. Explained things clearly and left the 3 rooms along with the outside clean. Would definitely hire them again if need be.

Great Service all around the board. The quotes and estimates were spot on and not too push, I was really impressed with the product, the windows are AMAZING! We have already cut our electric bill down by $100 and its only getting hotter out. The installment was very quick and great people to have in your home and work with. Terry Baker and his team did great at making sure I was 100% satisfied before they left. The windows look stunning and like I said already saved us money in the first month of having them. Renewal by Andersen is top of the line in my books!

All of the Renewal by Anderson personnel and subcontractors were great. We are very pleased with the quality of the windows and the installation. We spent nearly two days with Greg Ralph’s installation team. They were very polite and cleaned up the rooms as they left them. The windows are great, a big improvement over the original windows. Derrick was great at representing the company when we were interested in replacing our windows. Sheree was also helpful and pleasant when calling to schedule the installation. Mike Owen and his crew was, likewise, amazing. They were professional, polite, and proficient. They worked continuously and called me at work to report progress. And what they say about taking care of any issues within 6 inches around any window is true. Termite damage was found around one window. They removed all the damage and replaced all the wall material. Then they brought in a finisher to complete that process, texturing the walls and all. He was going to go find the paint match, however we are repainting the whole room and so let him off the hook with that. Every time we tell someone about our new windows by Anderson and without fail they always tell us how Anderson is the best and how we are going to be so happy we've done this. 19 windows replaced. And we are already happy we've done this.
