Used A-Better for 18 years. Excellent service, reasonable. Tim does a great job.

I have been a satisfied customer of A-Better Heat and Air for years. Karl is one of the BEST people in the company. He pays attention to details, is always willing to answer questions, and provides excellent maintenance of my furnace and air-conditioning units.

They are the initial company when we bought the house in 2005. So, they worked we the contractor who put in the heating and air system. They disconnected the overflow valve. So, we disconnected the humidifier from producing the water. No cost.

We had to find out why there was leaking in there. As soon as they came out, they figured it out and disconnected it for us. No cost, they figured we suffered enough already. We have used them again.

We have a contract a contract with them for bi-annual reviews for Winter and Summer. If we have problems, we call then out and they come right out. So, it?s really nice to have them that way. They give us excellent service. They are here when they say they are going to be. Where I?m at, they?re the closest ones. We?ve had a problem with the furnace system that we have in the house and they?ve actually corrected the problem.

What it is, is that we have a humidifier system that produced too much water and the drain tube did not drain it the way it was supposed to. It flooded the attic or the ceiling, so the ceiling came in. So, we fixed all of that and then we found out that the drain plug did not drain properly. So, we just had them stop it, cause it happened a second time as well. So, we just had them cut it off all together. It could have happened to anybody, but it was their system.

Called him up on Friday night, he said he would come out Saturday morning. He arrived on time, did the work quickly, was friendly, competent, fast. Price seemed reasonable. What more could you want? Would definitely use them again.

Great communication. Tech was on time and very meticulous about the reinstall of the A/C unit. He moved the unit a couple feet further away from an outside dryer vent and fixed some wiring that that was poorly done by another company. I got a estimate on a new HVAC system and will have them install the new system this spring.

I'm completely satisfied. They were very professional and very knowledgeable. The price was more than fair compared to others in the area.

They did a good job. Their bid was less expensive than two other companies. Their communication was good during the quote process. But once they had my money, their communication was not on the same level when I called them a couple of times with questions.

He came and verified all was okay with my A/C unit prior to the selling of my home.

I absolutely love them. They are just absolutely wonderful. I feel like I can trust them. They come when they say they are going to come. They explain everything they are doing to me and what options I have.

This was my second time I used A-Better. The first time was on my rent house. This time it was on my house. A year ago someone else had installed a high efficiency furnace. It would shut down below 20 degrees and there was always the sound of water running.
A-Better fixed both problems (the other company had said it was normal with high efficiency furnaces.) Not only did A-Better fix the problem but explained each thing he did and why that corrected the problem.
