"The actual service was delayed by a week because the owner misunderstood the details of the deal. He assumed the deal was for carpet cleaning (instead of tile and grout cleaning). Their vehicle showed up with carpet cleaning equipment. Once the confusion was resolved, they setup another appointment for the next week.
They arrived punctually on the next appointment day. Two people arrived. The tile and grout cleaning part was done professionally. I had to pay another $80 out of pocket for the polishing (to get the floor to shine). This part of the service was unsatisfactory, since the polish did not cover the floor 100%. There were a lot of gaps.

"I had been meaning to have the carpet in my house cleaned for several years and had never gotten around to it.  When we had to have a possum (yes, I said possum) trapped in one of the bedrooms, it left a terrible mess on the carpet.  I called Citro's Carpet Cops because the ad stated we would get the most thorough cleaning ever and because they stated that most floors would be dry before they left.  Pricing was based on 38 cents a square foot for an empty room and 28 cents a square foot for cleaning only the traffic areas.  We had one empty room and traffic areas cleaned in two bedrooms and a hall.  The cost was $246.80 for total of 894 square feet cleaned.  We felt this was very reasonable.  I was somewhat disappointed how wet the carpets were when they left, but he explained that because my carpet is a big looped berber it would hold more water than most carpets.  He did place two big fans in the living room and that carpet was almost dry when they left.  The remaining areas were dry within a few hours.  Of course, I was concerned about the possum stain returning but he said he would guarantee removal of the stain.  If it returns he would be happy to come back out and clean the area again at no charge.  They vacuumed the carpets before cleaning them and the whole process was completed within one and one-half hours.  I would use this company again.
