"The guys did an excellent job. They were very pleasant and friendly. They did the whole house. We have a double sized living room and dining room downstairs, 3 bedrooms upstairs and then the landing and staircase. It was a special we came across on another site. It was an A across the board. My wife really liked them, so if she was happy with them, then they did good. It was deal from another site, so I was expecting a quick once over for $79. They did a very good job. They even told my wife, if we have them do it again, they would come back and do it for the same price."

"Very friendly and professional. Explained the process of the service before he began. I could immediately tell the difference of before and after so I was pleased.  Note: The ad implies 3 rooms/hall for $89 but that only applies to carpet.  A little misleading when it also list tile/grout cleaning but he explained to me that the tile service was higher when I visited with him on the phone.  It was my choice to continue with his service.  He measured and gave me the total before beginning and I accepted.  He worked for 3 hours on my floors, did a good job of clean up, so I still feel the price was fair.  He even had a banged up leg and worked thru the pain.  A good guy and I will use his services again.

"she mopped the wood floor. Asked to use my vacuum instead of bringing her own. Had I known that, I would have asked my husband to bring down from upstairs instead of me having to go up to get it."

"Let me start off by saying that the experience I had with Skyyline and their staff will be hard to match by any of their competitors. My truck was finally hit by a hail storm while I was at work and I had to watch helplessly as pea sized, then dimes, then nickels and then quarter sized hail riddled my brand new truck! So after making a call to the insurance company I started my search for a repair shop. Being a resident of Oklahoma I know too well that good paintless dent repair (PDR) shops are few and far between so what do you do? You look at the reviews. And I was very skeptical when I saw that Skyyline had a flawless track record. So I figured it would be a good place to start. I call their office number and get a message.. I thought to myself "well that's just peachy" and down the list I went. Before I could make the next call Barry Titus calls me back and apologizes about the missed call, turns out he has all the missed calls at his office fowarded to his cell phone. Barry is the president/CEO and works along side his employees to boot (very comendable in my book). He starts off by apologizing for the missed call and that his company's number one goal is customer satisfaction. So I took the truck to the shop. As he is making the estimates he also educates me in the process of PDR. Apart from his duties as president/CEO of the company he is also a master tech with loads of experience and passes along his knowledge. At this point I was commited to Skyyline. I wasn't able to leave my truck that day because I didn't have a rental car, so he went ahead and set me up with a rental the following day and a referral to his insurance agent (which also saved me about $79 a month on my cars and homeowners insurance! WOW!) Talk about going above and beyond. My insurance company wanted to replace my hood and cut off the roof of the truck to save time and cost, Skyyline advised me not to go that route because my truck would never be the same after that. Skyyline had my truck for 13 days only because they did it the right way, without any shortcuts. My truck looks like it did when I drove it off the lot the first time and the amazing thing is, they didn't replace a single part. They will always have my business and I highly recommend them to anyone I come across.

Floor Polishers questions, answered by experts

Each flooring material has its own maintenance requirements and cleaning techniques. For example, hardwood floors may require occasional refinishing and specialized cleaning products, while vinyl and laminate are easy to clean with regular sweeping and mopping. Concrete and natural stone, on the other hand, may need periodic sealing to maintain their appearance and durability. Follow manufacturer recommendations and utilize appropriate cleaning methods to preserve the integrity of your chosen flooring material.

Floor polishing isn’t technically necessary, but it will help your floors last longer and hold up better to scratches. Floor polish is a thin coating that fills in small abrasions on your floor and makes them less visible, and it can act as a protective covering that prevents future damage to the floor underneath. Floor polish helps protect against water and moisture, so it’s a great service if you want to extend the lifespan of your floors. Additionally, polish makes your floors shine, making your home look cleaner and more inviting.

The cost for professional floor cleaning is $250 on average. This cost can range from $100 to $1,500, depending on the type of flooring and its square footage.

For example, natural stone flooring requires specialized techniques and care, so you'll spend closer to the higher end of the cost range. The cost of cleaning tile and grout is more cost-effective, where you'll pay an average of $0.50 to $3.50 per square foot.

Wood floors should be polished every two to four months to maintain a shine and to keep them protected from daily wear and tear. More frequent maintenance includes dry mopping the floors daily and cleaning spills immediately, using a spray mop and cleaner weekly to remove any built up dirt or grime, and sanding and refinishing the floors every three to five years.

Distilled white vinegar can help you remove candle wax from surfaces like countertops. You’ll need to scrape off most of the wax and use the distilled white vinegar to help soften and remove the rest and leftover residue. Keep in mind that while it’s possible, using distilled white vinegar isn’t an effective method for removing wax compared to the methods listed above.
