That is the nature of saltillo tile.  I got an outstanding bargain with the tile cleaning.  The carpet looks practically brand new. "Very friendly and professional. Explained the process of the service before he began. I could immediately tell the difference of before and after so I was pleased.  Note: The ad implies 3 rooms/hall for $89 but that only applies to carpet.  A little misleading when it also list tile/grout cleaning but he explained to me that the tile service was higher when I visited with him on the phone.  It was my choice to continue with his service.  He measured and gave me the total before beginning and I accepted.  He worked for 3 hours on my floors, did a good job of clean up, so I still feel the price was fair.  He even had a banged up leg and worked thru the pain.  A good guy and I will use his services again.
