He's excellent. He is wonderful.He did an excellent job.

A kid knocked over wax melt and it was all over everything. He spent half of his time cleaning that up while his father did the carpet cleaning. The kid wasn't of much help. They should pay attention to what they're doing.

Serviceman was on time, pleasant, worked alone, did a good job.  Carpet looked good for about a month, stains returned in same place. He said he would come back and re-do cleaning if needed, but I decided to do my self. Overall satisfied for price paid.

They were really fast once I called them. They did an excellent job and they put some kind of stain thing on top of it that makes it really easy to clean up anything that drops. Like I dropped spaghetti sauce on it the next week and I got it out really easy.

It was a positive experience. They came out last minute and it was a very good deal. They were kind. The price was very reasonable. I would use them again.

Angie's never lets me down so I came here first for recommendations.  I was surprised by the one bad review on 10/31/2013 when the other 19 reviewes were outstanding.  And  I had heard great things about Citro.  The bad review was from someone who didn't know the carpet cleaning business.  I have never heard of one that measures around furniture!  The review says more about that customer than about Citro's Carpet Cops.
I went with Citro's Carpet Cops not only because of the reviews but I wanted a small company that that really looks after the customers.  I was not disappointed!   Daniel came as expected.  I had intended to pick up area rugs and move dining room chairs but back issues that day wouldn't allow me to do so.  I explained that to Daniel and told him I knew there would be an etra charge and that would be fine.
He said he would move them and not charge me.  In the living room I told him he could just go around a reading chair and ottoman and that would be fine  (although I really wanted the corner done.)  When I came in the living room he had already moved the cair out and had cleaned behind it.
The carpet looks wonderful!!  Just like the day it was installed.  The pile is really thick and plush again.  There were two light small  stains in the bedroom that had been there for awhile that I couldn't remove.  I was blown away when he was able to remove them almost completely!
Daniel took great pride in his work.  He was extremely professional, thorough, and was very proud that this was the first job he went out on his own.Jeff had been training him for seven months - that alones tells one how thorough the company is in every respect. We invested in very high quaoity carpet and I am going to sign up for the Citro's  Grime Fighters package - an excellent deal!

I had previously told him that no moving of furniture would be necessary, that it was 'walkways only' and that any moving would be accomplished prior to his arrival.  He had ample opportunity to explain during the phone conversation that 'a room is a room', regardless of how much of it he had to clean.  In other words, he would not allow for large amounts of space in the room covered by large furniture that would not require moving or cleaning underneath; so 750-775 square feet of cleaned area turned into 972 square feet, including the areas he did not  have to clean. At $.28 per square foot, that turns into an extra $50 - $56 for space NOT cleaned.
I did not find this out until he arrived and was measuring the area to be cleaned.  I had pre-measured the area to be 750-775 square feet and told him so when he was measuring.  I questioned the discrepancy between our measurements, but was not in a position to refuse his estimate of $272, even tho' I was expecting a charge of about $200. After all, I had moved a lot of stuff out of the way already AND could not reasonably expect anyone else to come out that day or even the next.  I felt like he was taking advantage of my preparedness, knowing I could not get anyone else out that day.
I went ahead and approved the estimate and he started cleaning.  I had mentioned there were several floor vents that needed some special attention.  He acknowledged that, so I thought that he would pay them that attention, since he also advertises his services as 'restoration services'.  Instead, he appled nothing more that the standard treatment; which seemed to 'smear' the grime, leaving them looking worse than when he arrived.  I later cleaned them myself with hydrogen peroxide, a brush and my own elbow grease, an effort he might have made if he really knew his business and wanted to do a good job. The normal carpet that did not require any special attention was adequately cleaned.  He had left a piece of equipment at his shop that he normally used when the steam cleaning was done....a 'smoother', he called it; but that did not get done.  He whined about having to go all the way back to the shop and come back, so that did not get done. Of course, there was no discount for his forgetfulness. I accepted the job as complete when he said he was done with a degree of disappointment.  Not sure what I else was supposed to do. There was little point in expressing my disappointment or refusing to pay.  If he did his best and is done, what else would you ask him to do.......even if he did a mediocre job. If that is all he is capable of doing, there is very little point in raising H*** if you are not happy with the work.  When people do average work, doing average work over again doesn't fix the problem. I paid and he left.
If you are not too picky and you have no problem areas and you don't mind paying for area/space NOT cleaned, then I'm sure he can do an acceptable job.  If you do want a good job, a complete job at a fair price, GO ELSEWHERE.

Everything went as agreed.  We had a few spots that reoccurred and he made an appointment to come back and take care of them, and he did so.  We  were satisfied entirely

The carpets are looking much better.  I have signed up for the grime fighter program to have the whole house cleaned every 6 months.

I had been meaning to have the carpet in my house cleaned for several years and had never gotten around to it.  When we had to have a possum (yes, I said possum) trapped in one of the bedrooms, it left a terrible mess on the carpet.  I called Citro's Carpet Cops because the ad stated we would get the most thorough cleaning ever and because they stated that most floors would be dry before they left.  Pricing was based on 38 cents a square foot for an empty room and 28 cents a square foot for cleaning only the traffic areas.  We had one empty room and traffic areas cleaned in two bedrooms and a hall.  The cost was $246.80 for total of 894 square feet cleaned.  We felt this was very reasonable.  I was somewhat disappointed how wet the carpets were when they left, but he explained that because my carpet is a big looped berber it would hold more water than most carpets.  He did place two big fans in the living room and that carpet was almost dry when they left.  The remaining areas were dry within a few hours.  Of course, I was concerned about the possum stain returning but he said he would guarantee removal of the stain.  If it returns he would be happy to come back out and clean the area again at no charge.  They vacuumed the carpets before cleaning them and the whole process was completed within one and one-half hours.  I would use this company again.

He worked quickly and professionally and removed every stain from my carpet.  The result was excellent.

He did a good job.  He cleaned the carpet excellent. For the grout, the first room was done excellent but the other two were not.  He spent quite a long time doing them and it was just him.  I am not sure if he was getting tired or the cleaner ran out. The grout was not as clean as the first room but much better then it started out.  It was still acceptable.

Jeff was great, he had to pick up a part for his tile grout cleaning machine, but he called and let me know he would be about an hour late, The floors looked great when he was done. I will definitely use him again

They needed to be more mindful of pets.

Jeff, of Citro's Carpet Cops called about 45 minutes before he was due and said that he was on his way but had to get fuel first. He said he'd be here within 45 minutes. He arrived as promised and on time. He arrived in a straight truck with adequate advertising all over it with red and blue lights mounted on the cab roof. They were not flashing but grabbed your attention. His system is self contained and he has all the equipment to do his job. Within one hour and eleven minutes he had finished. He was very mannerable and was respectful of the house.94

It real well, my carpet had some really bad stains on them and he got a lot of them out.  Also before he started he informed me that 2 bad stains wouldn't come out.  He was very professional and on time.  The price was also really good as as well.
