Millis Construction is for the most part a one man show. I do not subcontract. Occasionally I may hire assistance however I am personally always the one in charge on the job site. Billing is done hourly unless a written quote is provided. Remodeling is usually best done hourly as there are many variables and it can save the customer in the end.
