The installer was friendly, professional, and took care not to damage the cabinets or stovetop. He was knowledgeable and asked if we had any questions. He was on time and called before he came to be sure we were ready for him. We would hire them again!

Installer called before arrival to make sure I was ready. Showed up on time, had all the tools needed and went right to work. Cleaned up after install made sure unit was working and asked if aI had any questions. Good job

Contractor apparently does a lot of work for the big box and hardware stores. When contractor finished job, he explained he did not usually collect money at time of service and was unable to accept debit/credit card. Also, he did not provide receipt for work performed. In addition, after contractor left I discovered the hose to the sink sprayer is wrapped around garbage disposal and pipes and cannot be used. I have called four times to asking contractor to come back and fix. Phone system is very confusing. There are phone extensions for other projects and big hardware store customers plus two others but no indication of which extension outside customers should use. Have left three voice mails. Spoke to Darlene at one point who said she would refer me to the schedulers for another appointment. Never asked for my phone number and no one ever called me back.
