EL Construction LLC

It went very well. They even started earlier than promised on the demolition of the old shop, hauled all the old material away and build my new shop in record time. The crew was amazing, very friendly, answered any questions I had, they even helped build a temporary fence to keep the animals from getting out of the pasture! I've giving out the information to several neighbors who stopped by to take a look at the new shop. They added one very happy customer.

We were in the process of selling a home, and we needed to reroof a house.  EL Construction made did a fantastic job in a very timely manner. Due to recent storms in the area, roofers we had contacted were for a month or more. We needed to have the house reroofed because we received a excellent offer on the home but it was contingent on the reroofing. 

I had heard many good things about EL Construction.  I contacted the owner Eddie Layba and he had a very competitive estimate, but more importantly he would start that day or the next.  I was glad to know that EL Construction was a licensed roofing contractor, bonded, and insured.  I discovered that they contract on very large projects, but also handle smaller projects like mine.   The company is very efficient and take pride in they're work and customer service.

They used the best material, cleaned up the yard after removing the multiple layers of old roof, put down a high quality underlayment, reroofed the house, with new drip mental, added two greatly needed wind turbine wind vents, and I noticed they also repainted all the stand pipes coming out of the roof to match the new roof.

I also appreciated that the work crew had a great attitude, very upbeat, civil, and diligent.

Wow! I was and continue to be pleased....plus the roof is finished and everything is looking good for selling the house and closing.

I searched for roofing contractors in Atoka, Oklahoma, who had a current and valid license. I found EL Construction. I contacted them to see where my roof was leaking and for an estimate of how much it would cost me to get it repaired. A representative showed up soon after my call to their company. He checked all areas of my roof. He caulk education a suspicious area that could be leaking but found no other problems other than a rain cap is needed on the vent pipe. EL Construction did not charge me at all for their services. They were courteous and professional. I will use this company in the future and have already shared their info with my family. As a side note, a company out of Ada would have charged me a ridiculous $250 just to drive to my house to look at my roof.

Everything was above board. They even cleaned up after themselves.

Called him, he came down the same, gave me a very good price.... In a couple days he had the material here

with two very friendly guys that were awesome welders......... They done a super job.....Best welding I have ever seen.

It was straight  and level, everywhere.... Yes I would hire him again and plan on it....The whole bunch were very polite.....

  

We signed a Labor + materials contract with EL-Construction after a lengthy bid process. The work has taken longer than we wanted due to unexpected termite and dry rot problems causing almost a re-build on one of the houses. We also had some very unusual personnel problems. The person in charge of the work disappeared. Left one day and did not return. Eddie (Owner) was taken completely by surprise and had to scramble to find replacement professionals to continue the job. An assessment of what was left to do was performed and new tradesmen were assigned. We lost some time in trying to get things going again. Eddie is a man of his word and got the project back on track. The weather began to play an unwanted part in the project and further slowed progress. We are still trying to get the work completed but with pro's like Eddie and his office manager Scarlet, we will get it finished by mid-march.
The property is in an out of the way part of SE Oklahoma and is remote for most usual services. With the best of circumstances, construction there would have been difficult and when "Murphy's Law" kicks in, things slow down.
The billing for the work has been timely and totally itemized, above reproach. 
These guy care about doing the right thing and have performed beyond my expectations under some impossible conditions.
I would recommend EL-Construction. They do what they say they will do, always.
