"At first Kyle seemed nice and professional, but that was only so that he could get the job, once he started working, he revealed himself to be insecure, unbalanced, and in constant need of confirmation. This was annoying primarily because Kyle substitutes saying he intends to do a good job for actually doing a good job. As it turns out, he was looking at my facial expressions as I walked about my home, dealing with and taking care of my day, and came to the conclusion that he could do nothing to make me happy. This led to a long drawn out discussion, as i tried to prevent him from walking off of the job. This was odd, made more so by the fact that I had to reassure him that my expressions were not related to the job he was doing, but rather the fact that I am a caregiver for a parent who is terminally ill. Anything that Kyle does which for most painters would be considered a good practice, like sanding, he wants to make sure that I take note, as though he were doing the extraordinary. In the end, there were paint drips on faucets, hanging art, and floors. He wanted extra money to do basic things like the placement of furniture back to its original place, and he yelled and insulted me in my own home. I would not recommend hiring this unprofessional, and unstable person and his staff of unprofessional employees. He overcharges and under delivers. He left paint on the floor, and wanted to charge me $60.00 per hour when he had to come back to do small touch-ups and corrections, after he had agreed to return to do touch-up work. A mistake was made when I hired this guy."

"Horrible, Please look at the pictures, this is just a small sample of how bad my house was trashed by Garrett Underwood, Underwood Tile, this type of dust was in EVERY room and has taken months to clean up and I am still trying to remedy this disaster. Do not hire this person!"

We provide a number of contracting services in regards to home repairs. We also flip houses, so there isn't much we can't do. If we can't provide it, we know someone who can. We don't act like we can do something if we feel like it is out of our realm of expertise. The owner is a former football coach turned contractor. Being upfront and honest is what we stand for. We except cash, check and credit cards. We give free line by line estimates. You will know exactly what you are paying for. If we are repairing drywall and installing backsplash we will put those on separate lines and not just give you a total. That will enable the customer to see what they can afford.
