The painters screwed up 4 brand new doors in the house, and the repairman the company sent made it worse - so much so that I had to have the installer come out and fix them. They got paint on carpet. Paint on original hardwood floors, paint on blinds, curtains and curtain rods (even though I personally removed them). They put full size woodscrews in the kitchen cabinet Hinges and now the doors are LITERALLY FALLING OFF. The list goes on and on. Save yourself some $ and headaches and go elsewhere. Thank me later."

"The workmen on the job were simply awesome. The owner (?)/manager/salesman/order desk/etc named Sam needs an education in many arenas of business. Stepping foot on a jobsite might be a good start. They were given item descriptions/model numbers for bidding and buying. Decisions on materials were already determined for their ease in ordering prior to pricing or stating the job. . We were lied to regarding items "on order", when they planned to arrive on the job, when job would be completed, etc. In order for some tile to arrive, we gave them a three week start date when they told us it would be available in two. The estimated three week completion turned into nearly three MONTHS primarily due to inaccurate and non-ordering. There were two occasions of materials damaged in shipment, grant no fault of theirs. However, we were told the items were ordered when they were not and amazingly what took many days to replace originally managed to arrive within two working days when told they would receive no more money until job was completed. This was a fairly large project that they assured us they were capable of completing. Three different occasions of tile not ordered or short ordered, not returning phone calls, avoiding phone calls. A blatant disrespect as a customer....whatever Sam was doing at the moment was more important than the customer they were on the job with. OH, the coupons offered. Never did receive credit for ANY that we asked and showed them........The best things about this job were the workmen on the job! They were professional in every way. The delays were not on them but their boss. Second best thing.....they are now done."

"At first Kyle seemed nice and professional, but that was only so that he could get the job, once he started working, he revealed himself to be insecure, unbalanced, and in constant need of confirmation. This was annoying primarily because Kyle substitutes saying he intends to do a good job for actually doing a good job. As it turns out, he was looking at my facial expressions as I walked about my home, dealing with and taking care of my day, and came to the conclusion that he could do nothing to make me happy. This led to a long drawn out discussion, as i tried to prevent him from walking off of the job. This was odd, made more so by the fact that I had to reassure him that my expressions were not related to the job he was doing, but rather the fact that I am a caregiver for a parent who is terminally ill. Anything that Kyle does which for most painters would be considered a good practice, like sanding, he wants to make sure that I take note, as though he were doing the extraordinary. In the end, there were paint drips on faucets, hanging art, and floors. He wanted extra money to do basic things like the placement of furniture back to its original place, and he yelled and insulted me in my own home. I would not recommend hiring this unprofessional, and unstable person and his staff of unprofessional employees. He overcharges and under delivers. He left paint on the floor, and wanted to charge me $60.00 per hour when he had to come back to do small touch-ups and corrections, after he had agreed to return to do touch-up work. A mistake was made when I hired this guy."
