The workmen on the job were simply awesome. The owner (?)/manager/salesman/order desk/etc named Sam needs an education in many arenas of business. Stepping foot on a jobsite might be a good start. They were given item descriptions/model numbers for bidding and buying. Decisions on materials were already determined for their ease in ordering prior to pricing or stating the job. . We were lied to regarding items "on order", when they planned to arrive on the job, when job would be completed, etc. In order for some tile to arrive, we gave them a three week start date when they told us it would be available in two. The estimated three week completion turned into nearly three MONTHS primarily due to inaccurate and non-ordering. There were two occasions of materials damaged in shipment, grant no fault of theirs. However, we were told the items were ordered when they were not and amazingly what took many days to replace originally managed to arrive within two working days when told they would receive no more money until job was completed. This was a fairly large project that they assured us they were capable of completing. Three different occasions of tile not ordered or short ordered, not returning phone calls, avoiding phone calls. A blatant disrespect as a customer....whatever Sam was doing at the moment was more important than the customer they were on the job with. OH, the coupons offered. Never did receive credit for ANY that we asked and showed them........The best things about this job were the workmen on the job! They were professional in every way. The delays were not on them but their boss. Second best thing.....they are now done.

When the job was finished, there was an issue with the edge of the wood floor not meeting flush with the tile next to it. The owner Paul came to inspect the floor & a T-mold was suggested. When these was installed, the look was not appealing at all, so I asked about making custom transitional pieces made from my left over wood & after several discussions with Paul & Sam, Chris came & did a great job of installing the pieces with a much better result & custom look. It's important to me for a company to follow through with resolving issues & I appreciated Paul & Sam's customer service by correcting the issue & making it right from a customer's perspective. The floor looks great & I'm much happier with the final results - thanks Kreggers!

This was a pleasant experience. We looked at several floor companies and the prices we're all very similar. But I have to say the customer service is what sold me. From the sales lady to the technicians, all went well and all on schedule.

Let me start by saying I used them to do my floors in July 2014 and was extremely happy with them and why I choose the "More" part of the business to get my counter tops and backsplash done in my kitchen. That was a very pleasant experience. As for the "d" for professionalism it would have been an F, but the technicians were nice and courteous.

This experience however was not the same. It started off good with our measuring by Paul (I believe the owner). He came out to the house on time and measured out what we asked to be done. He mentioned they were not the cheapest, but a one stop shop. I like that as I will pay a little extra for convenience.

So after he leaves, I ask how/where do we pick out the granite? He says go to AG&M (first sign this not a one-stop shop) to pick out your granite and backsplash, they?ll go over your options and sink and faucet too. A couple days later, we go to AG&M to pick out our stuff. We mention we?re using Kregger?s and the sales or whatever proceeds to show us some granite. We ask pricing and she says, Kregger?s will have that for you. We pick out our counters and backsplash and list it on the sheet and head over to Kregger?s to see if we can get an estimate now that we know what we want and they have measured. The available person at the counter could not help as she was new and didn?t know the system. The other counter person (Sam) was on the phone with a customer for a long time meanwhile another store customer who had an appointment at 1:30 was waiting for him. At least 15mins later he gets on the phone and has to help the appointment person, all the while we?re waiting and waiting. Finally, I said please call with an estimate here is our spec sheet of what we want. Several days later we call them asking if they have an estimate for us. Nope not yet, they will call back when they do.

Another couple of days and we have to call them again and still no estimate ready. I?m getting a little frustrated at this time as we?re trying to get this scheduled since my wife is a teacher and has summers off and starts back shortly. We end up calling a third time and they do have something ready, Sam makes a light apology for the delay. The quote is a bit higher than I?d like, as it includes a very expensive sink and faucet estimate that we have not yet selected (and did not know I was supposed to). We go to the store to talk to them about the estimate and ask to see what sink/faucet we want, he says well you will have to go to Morrison?s plumbing supply (yet again, not a one-stop shop). I decided to go with them since I have gone this far already and pay half down on the estimate so I can get something scheduled on their books.

So I take another lunch break to go pick out a sink and faucet at Morrison?s. The prices listed were quite pricey (much more than expected), but she said ?these are not the Kregger?s prices they get a discount, I?ll have to check what they would pay.? So I pick out a sink and faucet that I like (in my supposed price range based on the quote given by Kregger?s). The Morrison?s sales lady tells me she?ll send my request to Kregger?s for pricing and let me know the final price. Low and behold a couple of days later, no call. We?re headed out of town and scheduled the start of the remodel the day after we get back. We get a missed from from Red Rock Fabrication but no message, several more calls from this same number and no voicemails. Fortunately we decided to call the number back and it turns out these are the guys doing the demolition and countertop work! Glad we called. They were very nice and punctual and apparently all had been scheduled. They show up at the expected time and start. Their part only took two days and the old tops were off and the new tops were on but no backsplash for a day. We call and asked for a status, and they said they were waiting on our accent piece to come in. Also keep in mind every time we called, it seem WE were an inconvenience to them. While I know $5700 isn?t a huge job, it is still a customer. If you don?t want to do it, then tell us you can?t.

So to recap the job; it was not a one-stop shop, very poor communication, an inconvenience to them and made us feel like it was our fault. Take off the ?more? in Kregger?s and More and stick to floors.

PS ? the worker?s that did the work did a great job and were all very nice and prompt. It was the office/store support that made this an unpleasant experience. I would not recommend.

sales floor personnel were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell.  They loaded my car with samples to take home and try out, then came to the house to measure and provide estimates.  Install was on time and workmanship was great!

Their customer service stood out to me and the quality of the wood. They actually ended up redoing an entire room, because they initially laid the wrong wood. The took credit for the error and fixed it. So they kind of messed up at first, but they made right on it. I was happy with the service. They didn't try to screw me over or anything.

They do good work.  We had some trouble with wiring which we weren't sure was their fault but they came out and fixed everything without hesittaion back in August.  We are very happy with their work on this project and have receommended them several times.  In additional to flooring installation they also do general contracting work.

Nice people...beautiful floors.  They know what they're doing and it shows.  Mr Kregger came when scheduled and measured the job.  Nice guy.  Had to wait a month for install.  These guys have a great reputation and stay busy.  Installers seemed very experienced, were polite and respectful. They were on time and started right to work over 3 days.  They are not cheap, and you can probably find floors of lesser quality for less money.  You get what you pay for...

I was very pleased with the installation and professionalism of the people who installed the floor.  They arrived promptly, were careful in moving my furniture, finished on time.  I scheduled the installation about a month in advance; however, Kregger's rescheduled three times, notifying me of the new install date late on the day before it was scheduled.  My son had flown in from Washington, DC specifically to help me get ready for the installation (unhooking and reconnrcting electronics, moving breakables from cabinets, etc.).  Because of the continued delays, he was not here to help with those details.  However despite that, I am very pleased with Kregger's services and would definitely use them again.

It was fine. They performed as we wanted them to. They put in good floors. They had a little bit to follow up on and they did that in a timely fashion. We found them through a mailer and they had a good review. We are very satisfied with the work they have done. The prices were fine. It is good quality, they knew what they were doing. It was a big job and they said they would get it done in three days and they did that.

Had Kreggers Floors & More remove old carpet and install a pre finished wood floor. They had to move a pool table and piano. They was on time and did spectacular work. It was a great experience, cleaned up nicely when completed. I have used them in the past and having them do some additional work here soon.

Both Sam Kregger and Ronnie were very helpful in selecting tile for 2 baths, kitchen back splash and 7 rooms of carpet.  I appreciated Mr. Kregger senior coming out to do the estimate and give further recommendations.
In preparation for installation, my husband and I cleared every room to be worked on except for large furniture pieces. We had previously demolished the old kitchen back splash and had new granite put in.
Two guys came to start the tile work on day one, arriving early and working until about 2:00 before taking a lunch.  They came back when they said and worked well past normal stopping time.
The bath room floor tile was demolished first and kitchen tile started at the same time,  Both men were expedient in their work. They pulled the toilets.  Tile cutting equipment was set up in the front yard and the guys were in and out constantly, so it helped to leave the front door open.
Later in the morning  2 young men came in and moved large furniture to one room then removed old carpet and put down new carpet tack as needed.  New pad was put down and carpet was cut and placed. The drive way was utilized for carpet cutting.
Day 2 the carpet was stretched and tacked down, vaccumed and furniture replaced.  Dining room which held large furniture was then carpeted.  These college age guys did a fantastic job, worked well together, were polite and demonstrated  great work ethic.
While re-seating toilet in master bath, the toilet was broken.  The next day a replacement at their expense was installed, and all tile work was completed.   We did have to have an adjustment with how the tile was laid around the master tub.  I greatly appreciate (sorry, can't recall his name) the master tile layer coming back out after hours and after leaving another job to re-do a row of tile.
I love the tile work and the carpet we chose!  Everyone at Kreggers was great!  They offer professional expertise, quality product and exceptional service.
