Arbor Masters Tree Service of Oklahoma

We have used Arbor Masters for several years and they have always done an excellent job. When problems have come up they were quick to resolve the problem to our satisfaction. We have them scheduled for additional tree work and spraying to be done this year.

This small company is great. One of our walnut trees is extremely large/tall. The owner of the company (Wes) came out with a new rig to spray the tree. The new nozzle he had would not reach the top of the tree. So he had his other service rig (with a stronger spray nozzle) come out to the house to respray that tree (no additional cost). He always called ahead when they were coming. They are an extremely nice, professionally run company. If you need tree work, please give them a try - I love to support growing companies who are trying to do jobs the right way.

I called Arbor Masters for an estimate to trim 2 large oak trees and grinding of 2 stumps.  Randy arrived the next day and listened to me describe what I wanted done.  He expressed concern that one of the stumps I wanted removed was too near a living tree (it was very close).  He said the living tree could be damaged if they tried to grind the stump.  I appreciated him pointing that out to me and decided not to have that stump removed.  He gave me an estimate of $450 for the remaining work and let me know that they were running about 4 weeks out on jobs and that they would call before arriving to do the work.  Two weeks later, March 23rd, he called to say that they would like to do the job that day.  He said the high winds were making it unsafe for his employees to do some of the bigger jobs but they could handle mine.  They arrived within the hour and quickly and courteously performed the work.  I was especially impressed with the great cleanup of the stump grindings and limbs.  Also, they not only trimmed the broken branches from the oak trees but also cleaned up the jagged edges on the lower branches that my husband and I had left in our attempts to trim the trees ourselves.   It was convenient to pay the bill online as well.  I will definitely call Arbor Masters again in the future.

I hired arbor masters wanting the expertise of the arborist employed there.  We consulted made a plan and moved

forward after many delays due to Arbormasters not returning phone calls.  The crew showed up on time.  I met them, I asked them do you understand the plan.... they said yes.  They did not have a copy of the plan.... I made them get one, and we went over it.

I then had to leave to go to work.

I had several large trees that needed trimming....  The plan was to only cut the tree limbs back by 15-20% so the trees would not go into shock.... the crew cut limbs back 100% to the trunk.... they totally ignored their directions....

I find I am now being overcharged by at least 500 $.  Phone calls not being returned of course.

Run from these people.....they are nothing but men with chain saws...... they totally ignored the directions of the arborist.

You can find cheap guys with chain saws with no expertise.....

They did do a good job of cleanup from all the trimming... gotta give them  that.

They were really reasonable and professional. They were a good company. I would recommend them.

It always goes well with Arbor Masters.  Wes always calls beforehand and reminds me that it's time for a service, but won't perform the service without speaking to me first.  We confirm date/day and then he will provide that service regardless of whether I'm home or not, which is nice.  He also keeps me informed as to what the service will do for my tree/plant but doesn't get pushy towards a sale which I appreciate.  Recently a separate invoice gets mailed to me with payment options whereas previously I mailed in a copy of the spec sheet that is left on my door after a service.  I like the invoice being mailed to me, just because it allows for me to enter a credit card as payment if I choose.

They did good job cutting the two old trees and hauled them off. They left the yard nice and tity.  I would hire them again when needed. They were nice, polite and efficient.

A friend had recommended we look into Arbor Masters. 
My first comment on my notes was NICE PEOPLE! The receptionist that took my call was extremely pleasant and helpful. They were able to get Randy out the following day. We were not able to schedule an exact time but more of a "drop by". That was a little uncomfortable for me, but completely understandable since it was such short notice. 
Randy was incredibly nice to interact with, knowledgeable and very professional. He pointed out some things on our magnolia that we had not even noticed before. 
He quoted us about $450 for the services which we thought was very reasonable (lower than another bid we'd received). 
We chose a different company because we'd used them for some previous tree-trimming and they could fit us in this week (teachers - spring break). 
We will definitely consider Arbor Masters for future projects and recommend them to other friends.

On time, courteous, hard working and through.  When I found something I would like to have done, they complied with a smile and would ask if that is what I wanted or if there was anything I would like to have done.

 I called Arbor Masters in May and told them I needed some trees trimmed and some taken down. Randy came out and walked around the yard with me, and we made a plan about the job. He told me it might be a couple of months before they could get to me. I said that was fine. When I hadn't heard anything by Sept., I called back. The lady in the office told me she would contact Randy and call me back in 10 minutes. She didn't, so I called back the next day. She placed a call to Randy who was out on a job, and he said he was glad I called because he had misplaced my paper work. He apologized and said he would be here Sept. 15th. After that, the office scheduler called and confirmed the date. Sept. 15th came and went, and I heard nothing. In the meantime, I called another company and got the job done. Randy called me Oct. 1st and told me they could come do the job. I explained that I had called someone else to do the job. He apologized and that was that. I hate writing this negative review, but if businesses want to succeed, they should expect to be held accountable for how they deal with prospective customers.
