At first Kyle seemed nice and professional, but that was only so that he could get the job, once he started working, he revealed himself to be insecure, unbalanced, and in constant need of confirmation. This was annoying primarily because Kyle substitutes saying he intends to do a good job for actually doing a good job. As it turns out, he was looking at my facial expressions as I walked about my home, dealing with and taking care of my day, and came to the conclusion that he could do nothing to make me happy. This led to a long drawn out discussion, as i tried to prevent him from walking off of the job. This was odd, made more so by the fact that I had to reassure him that my expressions were not related to the job he was doing, but rather the fact that I am a caregiver for a parent who is terminally ill. Anything that Kyle does which for most painters would be considered a good practice, like sanding, he wants to make sure that I take note, as though he were doing the extraordinary. In the end, there were paint drips on faucets, hanging art, and floors. He wanted extra money to do basic things like the placement of furniture back to its original place, and he yelled and insulted me in my own home. I would not recommend hiring this unprofessional, and unstable person and his staff of unprofessional employees. He overcharges and under delivers. He left paint on the floor, and wanted to charge me $60.00 per hour when he had to come back to do small touch-ups and corrections, after he had agreed to return to do touch-up work. A mistake was made when I hired this guy.

[Member Information Removed] well [Member Information Removed] the free touch ups from the damages another contractor had caused when moving your furniture back out after my scope was completed. Although we agreed to assist you with removing your furniture from the areas we were working and then put it back in free of charge, we are a business and the expectation that we will return again, free of charge to put furniture back in the room after another vendors removed it is not realistic. We are very disheartened to read this review after the above and beyond courtesies we extended to you, including assisting your mother while you were out. Again, we are very regretful our services did not meet your expectations but do wish you the best in your future endeavors."

Kyle did a fantastic job. He is quick, effective, and conscientious. He insists on doing a thorough job and then cleaning up. His texturing is spot on. I will hire again soon.

Crowell's Painting (Kyle) contacted me quickly after registering my project and set up a time for an estimate. We agreed to a price, and the project was scheduled out a couple of weeks. Kyle arrived on-time, on-date and was well prepared with all supplies in hand to do the job. After a couple of coats were applied, I realized I had asked for the wrong color - this was entirely my fault. Kyle cheerfully worked to get the new paint, and applied the new coats with professionalism and skill, and still finished the job on time. I could not be more pleased with how the job went. I will highly recommend Kyle Crowell for painting jobs - I did not have an opportunity to have any drywall repair, but I've no doubt he would be very capable.

We were extremely happy with Kyle and his helper. They were extremely punctual and took very few breaks or even lunch some days. We appreciated Kyle's attention in matching the texture. Kyle kept his job very neat and clean and always picked up at the end of the day. We felt Kyle's estimate was very fair and he didn't charge us a penny more when the job was done. We would hire Kyle again in a heartbeat!.

I had a ceiling replaced after it came down in a big ice storm. They demo'd what was still up, replaced ceiling & insulation, taped, textured, and painted the room. They were great. Did it at a very fair price, did everything they said they would, were on time, friendly, and just overall great. If/when I need more work done, I will call them immediately.

It was excellent. He got me a quote almost the same day I asked him about it. He was upfront. He was courteous. He cleaned up well. He worked efficiently. Everything was very nice. It was a good experience.

I was referred Kyle from a family friend. Kyle was great! Communication, professionalism, and work was done in a timely manner. If we had a concern Kyle made sure are question where answered and asked us question to make sure we where on the same plan. Pricing is fair and great! Kyle went above and beyond are expectations where most would have just did an average job. I've recommended Kyle to multiple people and would have Kyle paint other projects for us!
