"[Member Name Removed], I am sorry to hear you had a bad experience. I did however want to address some of the concerns you posted. But I wanted to let you know that this crew is no longer with our company. But not because they did a bad job. Because they had to leave to deal with a death in the family so they moved. 1. While the scheduling was a bit of an issue and I admit this. We did call multiple times from the office, my cell phone , and the crew leaders cell phone to let you know the reason we were having issues. The reason was because our crew leader for that crew had a death in the family. His sister died in New York. I know he called and explained this because I was standing next to him when he called. Due to this circumstance it threw our timelines off. I am sorry for the inconvenience but we were not able to get a back up crew there in such short notice. P.S. This is why the crew left the state. 2. We have photos of the outlets being painted before and showed you that this was the old paint on the walk through. We normally do not remove outlets but we put tape over them. We do remove the plate covers before we tape the outlets and not only did we remove them because of the inconvenience in scheduling we replaced them. 3. Drip lines were addressed on the final walk though. We went back and cut them out and fixed them even after we explained they were there before and were in the old paint but were now more visible because of the new paint with a higher gloss level. This was explained on the final walk through. The amount of Nail holes on this job were a bit excessive we filled what we could but we can only do so much. 4. Not only did we clean up after ourselves we cleaned up after the plumbers who left a mess, and every other contractor that slopped stuff everywhere on this site. It was a train wreck when we got there but we do have pictures of the cleaning, and the mopped floor after we mopped when we left because we did not want to get blamed for this. 5. If we had not had to fix all of the items from previous jobs and keep returning to fix things we did not do we would have left after the first punch list. 6. You're welcome for the discount. We did a lot more work than originally listed as well."
He was great at communicating with myself as well as the group that did the job. Estimate was quick and easy, provided several different options on days. Had to adjust a couple times due to weather (rain and high humidity), but was still pretty flexible and eager to make sure the job was completed as soon as possible. All painting was completed in a day and was actually done on a Sunday which meant we were home while everything was being done.
The two gentlemen that were painting endeared themselves a great deal to our 4 year old who spent all day talking with them...while they were trying to paint. Not once did they seem to be bothered by her multiple questions and interruptions. In fact both mentioned having kids of their own and enjoyed the conversation. This was greatly appreciated.
One individual came back a few days later to do a follow up inspection and also did some touch ups after everything had dried. One hindsight for us is we wish we would have picked a little darker color, but that is no reflection on the work that CertaPro did. In fact, we mentioned that to Robert and they said they'd be happy to come back out to put another coat on at a reduced price. We opted to stick with the color we had, but thought it was nice to offer.
Overall, very good experience and will probably use their services again in the future.

"I am sorry you feel our carpentry was not up to par and I am very sorry the scheduling the repairs was such an issue. Since we subcontract our carpentry on certain jobs at times we are at the mercy of the company we use. We completed your job last September and we were backed up several weeks. I hate that you were inconvenienced and I want you to know we have taken step this year to ensure we do not run into these problems. We did this by adding another carpentry crew, and by hiring 3 new paint crews that can also do carpentry. I appreciate the feedback and I hope we can grow from this.
