The new paver sidewalk adds such charm to the house, creating a perfect path that ties the whole design together. The lighting system is another highlight—it beautifully illuminates the walkway and plants at night, giving our home a warm and inviting glow. I’m also impressed with the sprinkler system installation that comes with a smart app connected to the weather forecast; more importantly it is easy to use, efficient, and ensures that everything stays healthy without any hassle. We had some hiccups along the way between the actual design Blake created, which was not coming to fruition by his workers, but Blake made all the corrections to make it right in the end. "Disappointed… I paid twice as much money and saw significantly less progress… When I expressed concern about the lack of progress, I was told I would hear back from them… I didn’t hear anything back from them… After a month of waiting for their reply, I called them and left a message… They did call back and gave excuses… Such as: 1 - They said I changed what I wanted and 2 – they said the garbage on the property was to blame. After that phone conversation, I now understand that they feel they provided me with $4200 worth of service… It was not even close… What I also know is that more progress was made by two other contractors… One was a contractor I paid half that amount ($2K)… This contractor made much more progress on the same property with the same guidelines and the same obstacles … And even worse was that my friend previously made more progress in 3-4 hours with less appropriate equipment… I forced him to take $400 to help with gas etc. I posted a similar review on their website, but my review doesn’t show up, along with a handful of other reviews that don’t show up (this is according to the number of reviews it claims to have compared to the number of reviews shown). In the end, I thought Morris Bobcat was going to be a company I could call in the future… I am disappointed."
