Good. had to disconnect parts of water sprinkler to curb flooding and tune up.

We knew we had a couple of leaks in our lawn sprinkler system, so we purchased a Tune-up with Hendco. Tune-up was scheduled for 2pm on a Thursday, he showed up at 3pm. He identified exactly where the leaks were and said he could fix them. We setup the appointment for repairs for the following day, Friday at 10am. Sometime after noon, he called and said he wouldn't be able to make it and asked to reschedule for the next Tuesday at 10am. He and his technician showed up at 2:30pm. While Steve was a nice enough guy, he has a real problem with time management. Price was within reason, but I won't use him again and can't recommend him either.

We had Steve landscape our front yard last year and were very happy with the results. However, Steve did not honor his warranty with two trees that did not survive the winter. I am not able to get in touch with him. He does not return calls or texts. Be warned that he provides quality work but does not honor his warranty.

Steve was punctual with his visit to our house and provide a fair, timely quote. His crew showed up and performed the work as requested. I did request to Steve that a couple of the heads need the spray redirected and he came out personally and quickly made the correction.

Steve called to let me know he would not be on time as his last job took longer than anticipated. I appreciated the call. Once he arrived, not but 20-30 minutes, he was very nice and did a good job.

Working with Steve and his employees was great. Steve modified his design plan for us so that it could be completed in phases to accommodate our budget for the project. This year we removed old landscaping, got new plants and beds built, and next year we plan to add boulders and other hardscaping. When designing our landscaping, Steve described the elements he uses in his projects (berms; heights, colors, including shades of green; textures; focal points; and conversation pieces). This artistry is what makes his work standout from DIY projects and other generic landscaping. His vision for our yard has made it a place we want to be.

Called at least twice to let us know that he was running late. He spent over two hours checking the sprinkler system in both front and back troubleshooting to find out what the problem was. He discussed possible solutions with my husband as to how to fix the problem and different costs from a simple fix to totaling redoing the system front and back. He also sent a text that evening with a summary of what they discussed and that he would prepare a written quote. When I first purchased the coupon for a $49 irrigation system check, he responded that day. That's a plus in my book. I've contacted different companies in the past for home repairs and never received a response. This is my first contact with someone who is a member on Angie's List and I am very impressed. We will definitely hire Hendco for our sprinkler repair and possibly get a quote on other landscape projects.

All went very well. Steve had an excellent concept of what needed to be done and worked closely with us to realize his vision. We weren't at all sure what we needed but Steve brought it all to life.

Steve was there from start to finish thoughout the entire project. My husband and I enjoy our new patio/landscape and the upscale fencing. We were also able to Use our our credit card for some of it so that really helped. We are thinking about adding some more landscaping/waterfall features around our pool and will be calling Steve .
