I called Allen Lawn Care back in the fall. Joel came out and gave me a price of $20,000.00 we went over the cost that day. When he brought the contract back the price had gone up to $25,00.00. We discussed the contract and he had left several things out when we went over the original bid. He stated that the plants and sod were guaranteed for one year and he would replace anything that died at no cost. When spring came around I had dead plants and it took me over a month to get Joel out to replace them. He did not replace all the plants so I still have dead plants here and there around my yard. Then my grass started to die so I called him again. It took a while for him to respond. Also he was supposed to fix a drainage problem in my front yare and he didn't do that either. He came out and looked it over and said he would replace the grass . I keep calling and emailing him over the next month. He finally called me back and informed me he sold the company to his brother at Vivid Lawns LLC and he would take care of any issues. I called Vivid Lawns and they informed me that they did buy the company and the contract states they would not be responsible for any past issues. So, I ask them to come out and look to see what it would take to fix the problem. I finally got someone there and they said they would call me this week. They called this morning and the phone rang once and then they hung up. I will reserve my comments about Vivid Lawn until I meet with them. Joel is moving to Jacksonville Florida to open a gym and a lawn care business. I would recommend that Angie's list have these reviews follow him.

Get a contract with everything spelled out.

He is willing to replace plants that die that he has planted. Very personable young man.

He did a great job. He is very thorough and prompt. He returned our calls. They do a great job. They're very thorough. When they leave, there is no mess. Everything is cleaned up.

Joel came out to look and give me a quote on Tuesday and they started the job Friday morning. They did a great job! The 3 gentlemen who did the job were very polite, professional and knowledgeable

I have been using this company for lawn care for about a year, mowing, edging, spraying weeds in pine-straw beds, and trimming bushes. They are great, consistent, and get the job done quickly. They send a bill once a month. Owner is super friendly and professional. Have also used them for some minor landscaping issues as well. Very satisfied.

excellent work, very good price, professionally done. I had most of the materials onhand and Allin provided any additional materials needed. He also fixed my stone waterfall into the swimming pool to look like a and quot;realand quot; waterfall and focused night lights on it to look great!

It went great. They are awesome. For lawn care, they are very reliable and professional. They clean up after they leave. They do exactly what you want, and they make great recommendations. The owner himself came and cut my lawn. It was the first time I have met him. I plan on using them in the future.

The job was executed perfectly. It could not have been done any better. We love it and are very satisfied.
