You still pay monthly! BUT THEY DO NOT PROVIDE GENERAL PEST CONTROL TREATMENTS MONTHLY!! The salesman sold it as a monthly pest control service. He literally told me they treat every month and that mosquito fogging is included. IT IS NOT. The mosquito fogging is free and you can defer it.
