You still pay monthly! BUT THEY DO NOT PROVIDE GENERAL PEST CONTROL TREATMENTS MONTHLY!! The salesman sold it as a monthly pest control service. He literally told me they treat every month and that mosquito fogging is included. IT IS NOT. The mosquito fogging is free and you can defer it. BUT YOU CANNOT DEFER YOUR MONTHLY PAYMENTS BECAUSE THEY DO NOT PROVIDE MONTHLY GENERAL PEST CONTROL. Long story short, I paid $200 for the first treatment and $300 to cancel. So I paid $500 for one treatment. I canceled because I don't trust them."
