The cost was too much; it seemed kind of high. To get an A from me they could actually provide the service that I paid for. They could make sure someone is home when they do the service instead of them coming when no one is home. For the dates they said they came I was here all day long and no one came by. They said they were here and I wasn't here and there was no answer to the door. They let themselves in the front and back yard to do the job, supposedly. I don't like that because I have small dogs. If they don't shut the gate or leave it open a little bit they get out and get lost. They were so rude I would never use them again. We still had bugs so we took care of it ourselves.
