If you want to hire a guy that would cheat an 87-year-old man, hire Leo.
"I did not have any time left to repair your tile and you needed a new ceiling fan. It must look horrendous because I did not do anything to it. I found the trouble with your electrical problems . I must of mentioned it to your husband and only assumed you new. You need a new ceiling fan. Thanks"
"Thank you. Your husband has got to be one of the most interesting people I have met.I appreciate you both."
"I was unsuccessful in communicating with (member name removed). I had to insist that she owed a percentage of the bid cost of the remodel project that was 30% down with 30% and 30% paid thru the course of the work and 10% on completion. I am up $1600.00 in labor and only needed $1100.00 ( the second 30% draw on labor) She insisted I complete the project and then " we will see". When I would not agree with her assessment she told me I was unreasonable. She then asked me to wait three days for payment. On the third day she elected to not pay me and absolve herself with this report."
Leo said he really doesn't do rebuilds. He was honest himself and said he wouldn't charge anything for his service.
You just don't find this kind of person anymore.
would definitely use him again
