Truly Nolen Pest & Termite Control of North Valley, Arizona

Our house has been a good example. In recent years, termites kept coming back in one bathroom, a single piece of tunnel in the ceiling. A very pleasant tech came back within a few days each time, shut the bugs down for a few months, and when that inch of tunnel came back he brought in more experts to help find other places to reach the source, until the invasion stopped for good. Years ago, in another room with moist soil outside, a tunnel came up. Truly blasted a strong barrier and shut the bugs down. Several years later a single tunnel popped up nearby, so Truly added another strip of heavy barrier, and nothing has come up. When Truly say they'll stop the termites, they keep fighting with no excuses, until the termites are gone.

We hired Truly Nolan for our ant problem that appears chronically during the fall and spring. When I described the problem they said they would take care of it with thier quarterly treatments and I started a monthly payment plan. From the first treatment I knew we were going to have problems as our technician showed a lack of care for the quality of his work. I found that the ant bait traps he installed were simply thrown in the back of the cabinets, falling upside down, rendering them ineffective. Every appointment was scheduled without regard to our schedule, requiring us to call and reschedule. This fall, the ants came back again and when I called for immediate service, Truly Nolan gave me an appointment for a WEEK out. I don't pay exorbitant fees to live in the ants that they promised to rid me of. The last straw was when I complained about the service and that I needed service now or I was closing my account. They got ahold of our technician who apologised and said he was sick but he would be back to work the next day and set up a time to come by and service the house. The following day I got no call, no service. I called and cancelled the next day and hired another company. I had hired them based on reputation and previous service in another city. I won't be using Truly Nolan again.

Great they went overboard to solve my problem

The original rep from truly nolen was very helpful. He sealed the wall where rat entered my home, checked both attics, sealed the perimeter of home as well as all vents on roof. He set 3 traps in yard and said service included resetting and removing caught rats for the entire year. He also said the traps were mine to keep. 6 months later when a rat was caught, a new rep came and said they needed to remove the traps and that original deal was made in error. Stated they would no longer dispose of caught rats and needed to take traps back. He explained my original rep no longer worked for the company. Said he wouldn't remove rat unless he took traps back. I did not allow him to do so and called the company. The supervisor I spoke with said he would remove it this one last time, leave the traps, but would no longer honor my original contract for the rest of the year. Pretty poor customer service, in my opinion.

This company has trained their technicians very well. They are personable, courteous and very complete. They come just come and do a half-way job. When I initially signed with them, they thoroughly explained their process and problems that were particular to Arizona, as we hired them for a second home, and we are from Wisconsin where the pest issues are very different. Thanks to their expertise, we have 110% confidence the job is being done right. Shout out to our technician, Jason.

Many companies don't the same the technician for repeat service. Every three months, Truly Nolen sends the same technician to perform the service. This means I get to know the technician, he/she gets to know us, and our surroundings, and gets a better understanding of our needs.

I have been a client of Truly Nolen for over five years. Our home is pest free because of their expertise. This year we added mosquito treatment which was very effective since mosquito season is very long here in AZ!

Terribly. Problem with pigeons, they just made it worse and have done nothing to fix it, won't even call me back now. Can't recommend. Watts Pest Prevention was much better.
