There was no clear mention of any cancellation fee or requirement to stay for a set term. Later I was told there was a large discount applied that would become a balance if I cancelled. ? Scheduling a service is difficult: there?s no online portal to request visits or track your service ? you have to call. That feels outdated. Bottom line: I did not feel I got what was promised. I would caution others to read the contract carefully, ask about cancellation/termi"

My home inspection friend couldn't believe the cost, she expected it to be a lot more based on others she has used. My only issue was I had a lot of spray splattered on porch and house that I had to power wash off. That may be normal, I guess, just didn't know what to expect. Great company, nice professional guys!"
