Everything worked correctly after his service work was completed.

Did not show up at the times he said he would be at the house - set the times that the sprinklers were to come on - but when I had it rechecked not all of the stations were turned on. Did not return phone calls in a prompt manner. Showed up at the house before calling to make sure I was home.

Tommy has been servicing my sprinkler system for several years. He works rapidly and efficiently. Contacted me the morning of my scheduled appointment to let me know he could get to my house earlier than planned, (which worked out great for me). He goes "above and beyond" . this time while walking the property - checking sprinkler heads, he grabbed my trash cans and a newspaper in the driveway and brought them up to the house. He's a truly nice guy, who does a good job at a fair price. I recommend him highly....

Terrific experience. He came, adjusted everything, and saved me a ton of money by installing a surplus control box from another site.

I specifically signed on with Angie's List to find a good lawn irregation company and Docs was reccomended. I called Tommy Keith (Doc) on April 9th and arranged to meet him on April 19th to do lawn irregation services on that day. He was puncutual (10:00am) and we reviewed what I needed done and further agreed to the repairs, no price was discussed. Tommy next informed me his nephew or some relative would be staying to complete the job, as he is experienced and well qualified. The relative worked on the repairs all day, finishing around 8:00pm, and incredible amount of time for such a small list of repairs. He made mistakes on 3 heads, they would not accept water to operate and he had to stay over a long time to repair the repair. I met with Tommy at 8:00pm and he said he had checked all the work and it was good. It was dark and I was unable to to see the actual repairs and accepted his word that the the work was done and done correctly and paid him the $710.00 which I thought was excessive, but if it was done right, then OK. I have since noticed only 7 heads were moved and I have had to replace 2 of those heads because the lawn mowers ran over them as they were above ground and not put in correctly. I have attempted to contact Tommy Keith 2 times to discuss, had to leave messages and have had no response back from the messages I left. By the way, 2 sprinkler heads we had discussed moving were not moved and I will have to pay someone else to come out and move them. I am very dissatisfied with this over priced, dishonest, and shotty service.

I was pleased with the service and will use this company again to check the system in the spring and shut it down in the fall.

They were really incredible--probably the best company I've ever done business with. They were prompt, had reasonable pricing, were passionate about doing a good job. They stayed until the job got done (and showed up on time). They also refused payment until everything was finished (they came out on two consecutive days), wrote up an itemized bill detailing everything that had been done in case of any future problems, and made sure that we were very happy. I cannot recommend them enough!
