"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

"I had C&M Plumbing Bartlesville OK come to my home on Jan 26 2022 to swap out a gas log in my fireplace that I had purchased at Lowes. We are a small company started from scratch and working our way up. our goal is excellent customer satisfaction as well as great customer service. we are not here to rip off customers like some other companies, but to be better than competitive in prices with above average service. that is why i only charge overtime on sundays, instead of starting at 5:00 on weekdays and all weekend, and no double time on sunday as is normal with other companies. we are on call 24/7. i may not be able to come immediately, but will tell you the quickest that i can respond. emergencies take precedence over others, but i will never leave one job unfinished to go to another. i appreciate all criticisms. thank you for your consideration, but please keep in mind, i have to work a full time job to pay my bills at home, so my company is my second job. please do not expect me to leave my paying job to come to you, i will get to you as soon as possible.

"Beware of very high pricing! Please shop around and get multiple quotes. We called Gordon's because their name was on the furnace of a house we bought. It ended up being a gas control valve. They quoted me $1,200 to repair it. I knew something was off so I told them I'd think about it, and ended up having to pay a $99 service fee for them to come look at it. I did some research and called another company we used before. Parts and labor were $400 total for the same problem/fix and they fixed it within an hour. No service fee charged. What a rip. Call that a $99 lesson learned. Not only that, when we called to ask them to initially come out they did not tell us up front it would cost $99 to just look and diagnose it. I tried calling Gordon's today to reconcile this problem and they stuck to their guns. So I'm writing this to ask people to please consider getting a second quote to prevent double or in my case, triple paying for an easy fix."

It has nothing to do with a bad computer board. This company looks for a way to deny claims. i had one other claim and they tried to deny it as well. Save yourself some agravation and stay away. They must post their own positive reviews. They took my $65.00 fee and did nothing"
