This was the absolute worst company to deal with. A week without hot water, close to $600 lighter and 2 trips from 2 different plumbers from this same company, we are no better off. Neither plumber that came out spent longer than 5 min with the tank and the office got rude, defensive, and combative when asked legitimate questions why they didn't do the recommended service or make it right. I called the manufacturer of the hot water tank. They advised a whole list that should have been done to diagnose the issue to which not one was done on either trip. With 4 school age kids in the house that need hot water for baths, boiling water for dishes ECT it's absolutely hard. I'm frustrated and hurt. I feel like I have been taken!!!I called this company to convey to them that they have not made it right and I was taken. They told me to contact the manufacturer and hung up,I did and that was their mistake.I will be contacting my bank to see where I stand! Beware!They take advantage of people!

I deal with a lot of repairmen and Whitehead Plumbing is the best plumber I have ever found.  Very honest and reliable.  Found the problem, fixed it fast, and was very reasonable.

He was the only plumber who gave us an ON THE SPOT ESTIMATE. TIme was of the essence and we have used Ronnie before to fix some minor plumbing issues so we went with his company. It took them a good 2-3 days to do the pipe work and then re-work it after some small leaks were found during inspection. They stuck with it and got it up to 100%. His estimate was $900 less than a well known plumber in town, so we were happy with the price and the quality of the work. I would definately use them again.

He was terrific. Very professional and knowledgeable about his profession. After the lines were installed and we were ready to put the refrigerator in, there was a little leak. We called him. He came out immediately and fixed the leak for no charge and even helped us put the refrigerator in place. Would definitely use him again.
