I called yesterday and was pleasantly greeted by Paige. She was very helpful pricing out what the repair and service fees would be for my exterior A/C unit. Next time something goes wrong, I hope to receive the same excellent service from Paige.

They gave us a fair quote with options to choose from and explained the various options. They were very efficient, honest and fair. They take time to explain things and made sure we were completely satisfied. They go above and beyond the "normal" which was very refreshing. I will use this company again and highly recommend them to anyone in need of a HVAC company.

Our 20+ year old heater quit working on a Sunday. Country Comfort arrived promptly on Monday morning. After they inspected the unit we discussed repair vs. new unit. They answered all our questions and left us with a quote with several options for a new HVAC. No pressure to decide on the spot; we were able to discuss and determine what we thought was best for us that evening. Tuesday we called and told them our decision and they arrived Wednesday to install. They were very professional and very considerate of our home, laying plastic matting to help protect the floors and keeping all the trash contained. They went above and beyond for our installation. Country Comfort worked all day and we had heat that evening, just in time for the freezing temps that night. They were friendly and professional the entire time. I highly recommend Country Comfort.

If there were grades of A+++ I'd give it to them. They called back very promptly and gave us a time to meet that night. They were on time and very courteous. They quickly identified the cause and laid out various options for us. There was no pressure to go one way or the other. After a choice was made they implemented it as quickly as was possible. They are head and shoulders above others we have delt with in the past. Highly recommended!!

I chose Country Comfort because of the good reputation they have for installing new heat pumps. I thought they did an excellent job. We did not have to clean up after them at all. The heat pump is performing extremely well and the installation looks very good. The owners are very professional and good to work with. I would highly recommend Country Comfort to anyone needing a new heating and air conditioning system.

The company has been very responsive and helpful to me since I moved into my home.  The Lennox HVAC in the new home had problems every year.  They were able to install the new Trane system the next day.  It was great because it was peak of summer and we had suffered without AC for 2 days.  Their no-interest for 30 months financing also help make the big expense less stressful.  The warranty with the new system is also excellent (parts and labor). 

David and his son Jason went above and beyond to help us meet a timeline to close on a home purchase. The existing system's duct work was beyond repair and needed to be replaced into the attic. They came out and worked up an estimate while we were still residing out of state. We ended up replacing the entire system to make sure that the everything was working in sync. These last few days have been quite hot around the area, and the system is working fantastic without being set below 76 on the thermostat. Again, if you're looking for a quality company who was great to work with during the entire process, give David a call.

If you are looking for heating and air professional in the Stillwater OK area, look no further than Country Comfort Heating and Air. We requested they come an look at what we needed done, and provide a quote. There were here the next day. Spent an hour or more looking at the existing but non working AC unit, and existing duct work. Too a lot of photos and measurements, checked attic space for the new unit. This was done late afternoon on July 1st, we had a quote on the morning of the 5th. Great service considering it was over a holiday weekend. We were told it would be turn key job and what was quoted would be the price with no cost overruns or "oh we forgot this it will cost more". And it was...not one penny more than what was quoted, and some things were done that we did not expect. We ordered the new system on the 6th, and the installer came by that day to take a look and do some final checks. The arrived on schedule on the 12th and were finished as stated the afternoon of the 13th and for the first time in 3 weeks we had AC in the house. I can not say enough good things about how we were treated. David the owner even drove about 15 miles back to the house to present the quote in person, and answer any questions we had. The Installer was his son Jason and two others to help him. All of them were polite, careful with things inside and outside the house. To add new ducts, air supplies and a return in a room that had none before required cutting holes in the drywall ceiling....when they left the room was cleaner than when they started. As was the outside area where the heat pump was installed. They spent a considerable amount of time with us after it was up and working to go over the function of the units, the new digital thermostat and left us no doubt that if we had questions or concerns they would be there to answer them or make it right. We had requested 3 quotes from other vendors in the area. One of them I am still waiting on the quote...the other provided the quote but do not have the great attitude, and customer service that County Comfort provided. As for the installation they did things that other did not or at least did not indicate they would do. For example the air handler in the attic, it was not just placed on the ceiling joists, but hung from the rafters. This helps to eliminate the noise from the vibration of the fan and motor in the air handler., More work, but a better installation, this was done at no additional cost. The initial plan was to use the existing copper line from the AC unit to the air handler. After they stared the job they decided that it would be best to put in new cooper line and a new drain, so they did so. No extra charges...they said turn key and the backed it up with actions...who could ask for more. Once again, if you need a heat and air company in the area, I would highly recommend Country Comfort, the whole crew from the owner to the installers helper are professional and great people to work with.

We were very impressed with this company.  We were provided a very detailed proposal that listed all of our options and what the cost would be for each.  Even though the proposal listed options for replacing the entire system (heating and air), we choose to replace only the A/C at this time.  There was no harassment trying to convince us to buy one of the more expensive units, which we have had in the past with other companies.  The unit was ordered and installed in a very timely manner.  The installers were very courteous and knowledgeable. It was raining the day they came out and we were very impressed with the care they took with the floors and the clean up after they were done.  Also, we've had an issue with the air flow in one direction and they replaced our current 10" duct starter with a 12" starter to see if it would help at no additional cost.  Overall, we were very impressed and would not hesitate to recommend this company to family and friends.

Great, the cost of the unit was high but they are very good at the service they provide.  I have used them before.  The owner knows his business.  He is very knowledgeable about all things concerning heat and air systems.  He also employs very good people.  Their work ethic is exceptional.  I do not worry about their ability to do great work.  I trust they are doing everything right and it will not be anything but good work and installation of our heat and air unit.  I appreciate Country Comfort Heat and Air very much.  They show up when they are suppose to and do all their work in a timely manner.  I really do not have any "don'ts" from this business.

Everything went very well. I called at 7:30 am and they were on the job at 12:30 the same day.  I would highly recommend them..

When they came out for a quote they were very good with my wife in answering questions and explaining everything very well. I called David several times about details and questions, he was always very helpful. We scheduled a day and they were on time and very punctual. They worked with my schedule very easily. When they came for the install, for taking out the old unit and duct work. Cleaned up their mess and helped keep the house clean,  Very helpful with deciding where to put the vents, and install the unit. Took a total of 3 days to do the complete unit from deconstruction to finished. I will be using them again. Great service, I know they will honor the warranty and be there if I need.
