C & M Plumbing

I had C&M Plumbing Bartlesville OK come to my home on Jan 26 2022 to swap out a gas log in my fireplace that I had purchased at Lowes. They got to my house at 12:01 and presented me with a bill for $289 at 12:25! I tried to question the plumber about the over charge but all to no effect. I pad way to much for a job that should have been handles in a trip charge/service call. I FEEL RIPPED OFF! Never again.

Well. Work was done promptly.

This is the second time that I've had C&M Plumbing come to my house. Both times, he was very professional. He called me promptly, arrived when he said he would, and fixed my problems quickly and neatly, I would recommend Chris at C&M Plumbing to do any work you need done.

I called in this morning, and the receptionist took my information and said they could come before lunch and that she would call me.  She called about 11 am, and they were here within 30 minutes.  They were pleasant and professional and got the job done.  The next time I need a plumber, I will call C & M!

We had a broken pipe behind the wall under the kitchen sink. I initially thought the problem was not too serious and only leaked when the washer drained. So I made my appointment without any urgency, but when I used the kitchen sick I quickly realized we had a real problem. So I called again. These guys came right away. They found the problem, removed a small amount of very wet sheet rock, and replaced the broken pipe. They checked the sink in the bathroom, that was running supper slow, and cleared that as well. Friendly, thorough, and fast. I'd give them a + if they had it.

They arrived when they said they would, and did all the work they were supposed to. I emailed them over the weekend about coming over, and they were quick to reply.

He came out once and told me my old faucet couldn't be repaired, then advised me on a different brand that could be repaired.   I went to Lowe's and bought the the brand he recommended.  He came back as planned and installed the new faucet.  He was prompt, courteous and seemed to know what he was doing. I will definitely use him again and if asked will refer him to my friends.

Installed a dishwasher.

My piping drain from my washer runs by my kitchen sink. It occasionally backs up. I have used the liquid type of drain cleaner and sometimes it cleares the clog. Sometimes I blow air pressure through it to clear the clog. This particular time I decided to buy a snake to run down the roof vent. I didnt have any luck getting it to make the turn. I removed the sink plumbing and ran the snake through there but it wasen't long enough. So I joined Angies list to find a good plummer,they even had a coupon for their top recommended plumber. He couldn't get to me right away which is understandable. He called me the next day and arranged to meet me. I had already cleared the plug with air but wanted him to run the snake because he told me that if he brought back some mud that it was possible that I had a broken line. I thought that his idea was good insurance. We arranged to meet the next day to run the snake.
 I had to take off of work to be able to meet with him. When I got to the house he was standing talking to him assistant. He informed me that he had indeed pulled back some mud and that I should contact my insurance to find out what they would pay if they had to go in the house and jackhammer out my floor and foundation to repair the pipe. Informing me that it could cost into the thousands to repair. Or maybe hire a company to run a camera in the line to find out exactly where the damage was located. At a cost of around $600.00.
 I was not impressed because he did not wait on me to get there to witness the job. I feel that he could have at least given me an approximate distance to the location of the supposed break,which he showed me no evidence of in the first place. I also feel that he talked down to me because i wanted to use the Angies list coupon also. Like I shouldn't be surprised about what he was saying. I don't mind paying good money for good service but he did not seem very professional to me. He was in too much of a hurry to get to the next job.
