I am a detailed oriented person with a background in construction and a DIY'er because I don't trust anyone to do it correct due to past experience with contractors. This was a semi-emergency project and we did not have time to do it ourselves and honestly it was a complex project. PROS: 1. Excellent workmanship. 2. Communication was excellent. 3. Always did what they said they were going to do. 4. Scheduling of work was seamless 5. Raam is very knowledgeable and has great ideas, but final decision is with the owner. 6. Price was very fair with detailed invoicing. 7. Raam and his employee's were professional and very polite, always insuring that our needs were being met. 8. Always ON TIME. 9. From project start to finish was far better than I expected. 10. An absolute pleasure to do business with! CONS: NONE Basic description of project: Existing shower developed a leak in the floor pan and walls had mold and ruined adjacent laminate floor in bedroom. DEMO: Entire bathroom, to include cabinets, fixtures, BIG mirror, shower, garden tub, tile floor, lights, fan...everything. INSTALL: Walk in tile shower where garden tub was located, to include a custom shower drain pan. Re-plumb from garden tub to shower using existing walls. Install new lights, fans, reposition toilet, convert old shower to linen closet, to include new dry wall and plug old shower fixtures. Install new cabinets with fixtures, repaint walls and ceiling, new light switches with new electrical covers on plugs and switches. Install new "barn door" to entrance to bathroom and install new vinyl flooring in bedroom and bathroom. The remodel looks better than we expected and as stated previously, we will have RDA do any remodel project we may have in the future. HIRE them... you wont regret it..."

"I'm so happy I found Brad on Angie's list. My deck was in poor condition and Brad and his assistant replaced many weather damaged boards on the floor and elsewhere. He checked the structural soundness and added support. Brad made it look beautiful plus he rebuilt the deck stairs so they are so more walkable. He also framed and installed new French exterior doors and a storm/screen door. This was a job that a couple of other contractors looked at and were unable to come up with any plan except sliding doors which I did not want. (I have dogs that destroy sliding door screens.) Brad and his helper were very talented and skilled at their craft. Plus Brad has a great eye for design and comes up with creative and aesthetically pleasing solutions. Did I mention Brad's prices are very fair? I look forward to the next few jobs he will be doing for me!"

"I called Jesus on Friday and asked if he would come to Grove and give us a quote to lay out flooring. He was there the next morning- wow talk about responsive! Once we were ready, he was able to get to our house the next week! The work was done extremely well. We had remodeled and didn’t want our freshly painted trim removed to lay the floor. No problem for Jesus and his team, there wasn’t even a scratch on the base boards. I highly recommend Jesus if you need great service and follow up. We will use Jesus again when we remodel or r downstairs!"
