It was a terrible experience. The first day I arrived at the house. They had torn out the wrong floor, costing me morenin materials. From there the mistakes kept occurring. They replaced an exterior door, which I had to pay someone else to re-do. When the door was removed there was nothing below the threshold. It kept flexing and would have fatigued and broke early. In the contract they were supposed to insulate and there was no insulation. The upstairs bathroom was framed at 32 in, though it was supposed to be 42 in. They had to reframe that shower. Mistakes kept happening and I would contact Ra'am everytime. Ra'am stop answering texts, and stopped communicating all together, necessitating me to not let them come back. Ra-am walks through the house initially, but did not take any notes pr write anything down. He did not remember items talked about, and therefore were not in the contract. Master shower he put in the contract, but did not include walls or doors. WTH do I want a shower with no walls or door? Avoid at all costs.

Raam Abbou has been guiding my husband and me through the remodeling of a house we recently purchased in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This has been no small feat as I am not only a wheelchair user but at a high level of paralysis which involves very specific hardware, appliances and construction requirements. The bathroom in our old house had been redone three times due to contractors and crews who had limited hands on experience with bathrooms at this level. Speaking with Raam before and during the renovations assured us that the fourth time is the charm. He has patiently worked through the very specific needs that will allow me to negotiate independently through my new home and our new future. To top all of that off, he has done it from 450 miles away using photos, videos and many phone conversations. Most importantly, he has inspired enough confidence that my husband does not feel the need to drive back and forth every weekend to look over his shoulder. I would gladly recommend him for a job at any level of difficulty.

I cannot say enough good things about RDA. Work crew was professional and did excellent work, showed up promptly at 8:00 and put in a full days work every day. . Raam was very responsive to every question/phone call and was creative in handling all the many issues that came up with a 60 year old house. No subcontractors, they did the electrical, plumbing, construction, tile work, painting, duct work, changing out windows, replacing siding. Wonderful company.that I will use again and again.

We hired RDA on short notice to remodel a shop into a taekwondo gym. They did an amazing job. Honestly, this company is the best I’ve ever had the privilege to work with. They listen, care, and accommodate all of their customers needs. They are always professional and courteous in their dealings. Within days of contacting Raam with RDA Remodeling in Tulsa, OK, regarding extensive remodeling of our guest and master bathrooms, we received a detailed estimate based on our statement of work and physical walk through. The work estimate and detail was accurate and Raam quickly turned around requested changes. The cost estimate was comparable to other estimates we received. The walk through was thorough and Raam provided many design and repair suggestions that we had not thought of. Raam has a high level of knowledge in bathroom design and remodeling. Within a week the RDA Remodeling team started the demolition. The team tarps all adjoining areas and furniture and covers the major pathways with wide, heavyweight paper. They are very tidy with the work and ensure everything is cleaned up at the end of the day. The demolition work was completed as scheduled and all debris was cleaned up and hauled away as expected. In addition to the standard demolition, there was mold in the master bathroom wall that RDA cleaned out and remediated. The demolition included removing lights, toilets, tile, shower bulkhead, vanity, existing shower fixtures, shower enclosures, and tub surrounds. This work was performed at a high level. The team went on to complete the work required to remodel the two bathrooms; including,!framing showers and tub, upgrading old plumbing to PEX, tile floors, tile, showers, tile walls, tile tub surround, add lighting, updating electrical sockets, remodeling wallpaper and painting, replacing drywall, installing exhaust fans, installing sinks, installing shower kits and pans, installing toilets, installing folding shower seats, building a pony wall, and installing a barn door. The RDA team was on time everyday and worked a full day. The RDA project manager and foreman were knowledgeable on work sequencing and efficiently and effectively lead their team to perform quality work. The work was scheduled progressively with no discernible gaps or lags. We were super happy with the quality of our bathroom remodels and recommend RDA Remodeling to you for yours.

Went great! Raam is a great guide on bathroom remodeling. His guys work hard and do great work. The bathroom tiling is a work of art.

RDA is an excellent company. I am having knee surgery in a month and needed to make my bathroom more accessible. I talked to Raam the project manager and he made it happen. Two weeks later I have a Bathroom that is not only accessible but is beautiful. The main crew of Carlos and Uglya as well as the rest of the guys were very professional and made sure that everything was to our liking all along the way. They were very careful to keep everything clean around the work area and cleaned everything up when they were done with the job. I will definitely use RDA for any future remodel projects and have already recommended RDA to several people.

This was an amazing experience! Our bath remodel is gorgeous. The whole crew was always on time and they worked efficiently and were completely professional and courteous. The owner always responds immediately to answer any questions or resolve to our satisfaction any issue. I highly recommend and will hire again!

This experience has renewed my thoughts in having people perform work for my family. Sad to say that having other contracts perform work for us has not been so wonderful. Most of the time my husband would have untook this job, but due to his work it just wasn't possible. I wasn't sure where to find a good contractor. I posted it on Angel's list and I believe the next day Raam was in touch with me. Within just a few days he came to the house reviewed the work that we wanted done, gave us some of his ideals, and his workers showed up that week. This job took about 4 weeks to complete, there wasn't one day that there wasn't someone at the house working. These guys don't stand around talking on the phones, or running to town for parts, or food. They come in and work all day. They are all very polite and helpful. Raam was always in touch with me. After all the remodeling was finished, Raam had his cleaning ladies come in to clean the rooms effected in the remodel. (now who does that) Not only will I tell my family and friends to use RDA but for sure they will do more work in our home.

I had an appointment set with this company to give me a bid on a few small things around my house. The appointment was set for Saturday at 9:00am. They never called or showed up. 4 days have passed and I still haven't heard from anyone.
