Many of us have had that one teacher who makes it all click together they are often energetic and fun seemingly always at the top of their game. Bill's smile, genuine personality and willingness to teach difficult subjects to us made him the clear choice a 2nd time this summer when we installed ADT. "Neatnicks arrived on time. Started to work right away and did not let a minute go to waste and did all this work in record time. When they replaced one of the light fixtures Adam said lets put in a new light bulb so you don't have to get up on a ladder and change it for a long time. Most workers would not even care if I had to change it soon or not. "Delivery was delayed due to credit inquiry. After the concern was raised, shipment was rushed to us. Self installation didn't go as easy. Issue was resolved over the phone. The glass break sensor was a bit sensitive to loud noise such as cabinet door closing and door sensor repeatedly falls off and had to be reattached. Notification of alarm activation was fast and made to the right contact numbers. This prevented false alarm calls to the police."
