We called two places ADT Authorized Dealer - Safe Haven and New Security INC. Bill Wood from ADT Authorized Dealer approached us in August 2019 after buying new house. Many of us have had that one teacher who makes it all click together they are often energetic and fun seemingly always at the top of their game. Bill's smile, genuine personality and willingness to teach difficult subjects to us made him the clear choice a 2nd time this summer when we installed ADT. I can't say enough for this company and the two gentlemen that did all the work. When they replaced one of the light fixtures Adam said lets put in a new light bulb so you don't have to get up on a ladder and change it for a long time. Most workers would not even care if I had to change it soon or not. I would recommend these two guys and the Neatnicks company to anyone who is looking for a company that does a great job and has caring people that do the work. Adam is coming back soon to replace a door bell that has not worked in a long time. So yes I will use this company again for other jobs that need doing.

"Delivery was delayed due to credit inquiry. After the concern was raised, shipment was rushed to us. Self installation didn't go as easy. Issue was resolved over the phone. The glass break sensor was a bit sensitive to loud noise such as cabinet door closing and door sensor repeatedly falls off and had to be reattached. Notification of alarm activation was fast and made to the right contact numbers. This prevented false alarm calls to the police."
