When they replaced one of the light fixtures Adam said lets put in a new light bulb so you don't have to get up on a ladder and change it for a long time. "Delivery was delayed due to credit inquiry. After the concern was raised, shipment was rushed to us. Self installation didn't go as easy. Issue was resolved over the phone. The glass break sensor was a bit sensitive to loud noise such as cabinet door closing and door sensor repeatedly falls off and had to be reattached. Notification of alarm activation was fast and made to the right contact numbers. This prevented false alarm calls to the police."

they did all that was asked. stuck to budget. they submitted paperwork for rebate through gas company.
work was done quickly and according to schedule.
Ray was easy to work with and knowledgeable. easy to communicate with.
NCEM submitted my rebate form, but there was a delay somewhere. the gas company had them re-submit.
at post -inspection, changes were needed. NCEM did those at no charge (including buying and hanging a new louvered door in my basement). Again, Ray did more than was asked.
in the end, I just got my rebate, as promised. the work has kept my house insulated. we'll see what winter brings... for now, i'm happy with the work done.
