"Contractor replaced the gutter along the front of the house and replaced one of the railings on the steps to the front porch. Both the gutter and railing had been torn off and/or damaged when ice broke loose over the porch, slid down and took out both. Brendon offered to do the repairs for a fair price and got to the work within a couple days of submitting a quote. I'll use him again for a couple other projects at this property in the spring."

"My wife and I highly recommend Northeast Ohio Renovations! The results exceeded our expectations. They removed old aluminum siding and installed new vinyl siding, 3 pairs of shutters, 2 mantles, 3 entry doors, gutters, and downspouts. We received several estimates and chose Northeast Ohio Renovations based on their price and reputation. We signed a contract in July 2017. They began working on the siding in April 2018, which was a long wait, but the reason being that they only have one crew and many clients. Their work speaks for itself and it was worth the wait. The crew was wonderful! They were considerate, tidy, helpful, and asked questions when in doubt. They went above and beyond. Dan even offered to mount my new wireless doorbells. I bought a coupon for wallpaper removal in my kitchen.  The actual cost was more than the coupon (which I expected) and the additional cost to get the walls into condition for paint was more than I expected.

I preface this whole review with the fact that they had to work around a weird schedule as I travel for work and was only home on Fridays.  They said they could accommodate that.  While the work they did was

of good quality I was frustrated with the lack of communication around the schedule.  Often I was told a worker would come and they didn't.  Ocassionally they didn't call to say so.  I would often have to call them, got voice mail and dint know if I needed to stay home or not.

I had a couple issues with the quality.  The walls looked great but they missed a section and had to come back. They also were kind of sloppy with the mudding and left globs of hardened plaster on my outlets and light switches. In addition, after the snow melted in my yard I found a big glob of plaster on the grass where they had scraped out their tray into the snow bank next to my driveway.  I was also disappointed they didn't wipe down the walls after sanding.

So if you're a stickler for scheduling they might not be the best fit for you. Otherwise the work was good.

"It has been a long process that is comming to a conclusion. We had many suprises once we got into the job but Sean Reilly was great about giving us options and how much it would cost if he did the overage and allowed us to find other sources to complete the work. All told he has stuck close to the budget as promised and has justified the 10% over the estimate. I would recommend Reilly Renovations for any finsh work."

"Rich was prompt, professional and responsive. The roof leaks were inspected and repaired. We discussed options in case the initial repair would not be sufficient. With respect to the door, the door itself was in satisfactory condition but the 9-panel window was damaged due to thrown stone from a neighbors lawnmower. Rich recommended door replacement vs. the glass insert replacement. Though the door replacement would be slightly more on an installed basis vs. just the glass, the final result was the new door (and it was purchased with a 9 panel window) looks great. Following installation of the door, we both found that the original handle and lockset was smaller than the pre-drilled door holes. A new lockset was purchased at Home Depot and installed as well. I'm looking at having Coach Construction tackle a larger repair in my home next Spring."
