Kris did an wonderful job. I can not compliment him enough for the quality of the work he did. Timely, attentive, courteous, punctual. There is a distinct attention to detail and skill that separates Kris from others. He went above and beyond and we are extremely impressed with his work. Outside of high quality work, he and his team are very pleasant and from start to finish were attentive and complete. True professional. This was the second time I've used Kodzev Contractor Services, and to say I'm happy is an understatement. First, as with any repair work, there is the quote, which was much less than expected, both times. Second, is the work, which in both cases, was better than I expected. The craftsmanship and attention to detail is very evident on both jobs. Third, and almost as important, is the customer service. Kris, the owner, is driven by integrity and a total drive to create future customers, not short term revenue generators. He says what he can, and cannot do, and sticks to those words. I would and will absolutely use Kodzev Contractor Services again.

It didn’t. They never responded to give a quote.

The job was done as promised and the work was high quality. I would hire this contractor again and the cost was reasonable too. Highly recommend.

Chris, Tom, and Jake were fantastic. They arrived early, made sure to cover furniture and flooring while they installed new drywall in multiple areas of my home, and thoroughly and competently performed the work at a fair price. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to have drywall work done in their home or business. A+ quality.

Excellent work!!! He repaired the drywall in my kitchen ceiling..The drywall that was repaired looks really nice..like new...Couldn't have anyone else do a better job..He was reasonably priced and was on time..I would hire him again

I highly recommend Kris! He was very prompt in response to my request for a quote and came out within the week to do the work. He was polite and professional, and the work was great and he left all areas clean after the repair. Would definitely use again!

Before I begin Kris truly is a nice guy and has good customer service skills but that is where it ends. He finished his work and left behind a lot of mess like drywall all over walls ect that should have been cleaned up, but that I can get over. The issue is due to his lack of skill where seam hits wall (or maybe he just didn't care IDK) we now have to have entire home re-painted because Kris did not tape anything up and there are lots of smooth areas on my ceiling he did not finish and looks horrible on close inspection. Kris says all that can be wiped off but thats not true and if so not my job to wipe it off!! So now we are in the middle of painting estimates and every single professional painter has made comments about the horrible workmanship and he should have taped off and "he was obviously in a hurry". He was paid over 2 grand for a job not well done. I am sorry to say I do not recommend this company.

If I could rate this company 10 ⭐️’s I would. I called Kris on short notice to redo a big drywall job that another contractor botched. He promptly called me back and arranged to fix it ASAP. What really impressed me was Kris’s work ethic (him & his crew worked Labor Day!- unheard of!) and attention to detail. It looks beautiful! Also; they meticulously cleaned up after themselves and were very professional and friendly. I will be calling Kris for future projects as they are the best!!!!!!

Kris and his crew were excellent! They repaired a ceiling that had been repaired prior and made it look so much better and not even noticeable. While they were on site I asked for a quote on another project and Kris gave me a great price and performed the service while on site! Would highly recommend this company!

All work was completed quickly by Kris and his crew and better than I expected due to other contractors screwing things up or leaving them unfinished in the past. I had multiple holes to include in the ceiling. Everything looks great on the smooth walls & the patterned ceiling. Kris fixed water damaged walls and even cut out an access hole to water valves that had been mistakenly covered up by a past contractor I hired. He also went and picked up the appropriate type of plastic covering for the access hole. It's also important to mention for females looking to hire, I am a single female home-owner and felt completely at east with Kris & his crew all day long. I would recommend & rehire in a heartbeat!

They have done drywall for us 3 times the last in which he had to completely redo the walls and ceiling of our kitchen and also ripped out a fireplace wall and redid it. Chris does excellent work. He is a perfectionist so you know the job will be done correctly. These jobs were done timely and he is affordable. I would recommend him and do to anyone needing drywall work done.

Terrible. I had to clean up after they were done. They skipped a few walls for mud because I had to paint over a few screw heads. They also mudder over what were going to be built in shelves.
