After a large branch from a neighbor’s tree fell on our property, we searched for a contractor to trim other potentially hazardous branches overhanging our home, garage and driveway. We appreciated the quick response Seth from Narure’s Beauty gave to both our request for quote and our follow-up questions. The Nature’s Beauty crew surpassed all our expectations. Friendly, courteous and professional, they readily explained their process, worked expertly and efficiently and cleaned up our yard to our satisfaction. "3 unsupervised teens were sent out. I showed them what I wanted done. Lawn and beds had a small amount of leaves (fall cleanup done prior)that required raking and use of a blower. They spent an hour and 20 minutes walking around with a blower and leaves, pine cones, and 2 plastic bags against the fence. Half the leaves were untouched, and the gate left opened. When I spoke to the manager about the incompleted work, she said I would have to pay for additional hours. The amount of work could have been completed in less time if they had done the work as instructed. I would not recommend this company. These teens should have had an adult to supervise the work."
