The service I received from "Tree Service Now" was 110% PERFECT. so much better than I expected. The people that work for this company really care about their work and take pride in doing a perfect job. When they arrived, they even laid plywood on my grass so the machines would not harm it, did the work safely and cleaned up the yard of all debris before leaving. The prices were better than the other quotes I received and I also wanted to mention, they were all very friendly and polite when I briefly talked to them. Thank you so much TREE SERVICE NOW!!! Keep up the GREAT work.

They did a great job on my tree. They were able to schedule the trimming quickly, even at a busy time of year. The trimmer and clean-up guys were prompt and thorough. Highly recommended.

After 30 years of projects (interior remodeling, basement waterproofing, roof replacement, etc), I have never had a more skillful, conscientious, and courteous team working at my house. They removed 4 trees that had fallen due storm damage and 9 trees that were in decline that could have reached the house if they fell. They did the job flawlessly for a very reasonable price. One of the trees was a 120’ oak with a 5’ diameter trunk. They were able to fit a 30 ton crane with a 120’ boom, a bucket truck with a reach of 65’, a “claw” and a dump truck into my relatively small Mentor backyard. Another reputable firm declined to do my job because they thought they couldn’t get and use the crane in my yard. Plywood was put down around the yard to prevent ruts and they did a meticulous job cleaning up the site. They certainly earned the “now” portion of their name. I highly recommend Angelo and his team. I had several large trees that needed to be removed and a lot of trimming. The crew worked hard for a full day and did a great job cleaning up after the job was completed. It was fascinating to watch these professionals in action. I will use them again for my future tree needs.

Angelo and his team were very responsive. Angelo came out within two days to give an estimate. His pricing is very fair and competitive. He contacted me the day before and the day of taking down the tree and doing the stump grinding. His workers were professional and efficient and left the yard spotless. I have recommended him to several neighbors and would definitely use him again.

Watching their highly choreographed tree take down is awe-inspiring - it's wonderful to see true professionals hard at work! These guys aren't fly be night - they have every piece of equipment needed, and they know how to use them. Price was reasonable for tough work - I've used them before and will use them again.

Took out 5 trees, several needed a crane to get to. They had to protect the underground septic tank and attached lines before driving over them. They also removed all trunks / branches, cleaned up after themselves.

Whether they haul away your trees to sell, or leave them where they fall to save money: both times, prices were reasonable, response time very fast, and guys so professional it's awe-inspiring.

Angelo's team was fantastic. It was two big jobs. These were very large trees. His team was here on the scheduled dates and worked fast and efficiently to complete the jobs. We really appreciated their punctuality. The price was great as well. They really know what they are doing. We would strongly recommend Tree Service Now!

At 4:30 a.m. a storm brought down 2 trees that fell on and partially entered my home. The home was completely encased on all sides with tree. We could not see out of any window clearly.  One tree was a 75 ft. hickory, the other a 40 foot pine.  My insurance company had given me the number of a DIFFERENT tree company that arrived quickly but could not provide proof of being licensed, bonded and insured, required I sign an open-ended agreement with an unknown $$$$$$ amount that I could personally be responsible for and had a team of people on the way to do unstated "things"  to other parts of my home..... In my panic I remembered several of our neighbours had recently had tree work done by Tree Service Now and were pleased with his work.  I got their phone number and called Angelo, explained my predicament and hoped he could help me at that early morning hour. Thankfully Tree Service Now/Angelo, this crew and a crane showed up immediately, assured me he would work with my insurance company, was licensed, bonded and insured and started in on the enormous task of digging my home out of the tree mess. He quickly identified the need for and got his 2nd, even larger crane, to remove the approximate 8,000 pound hickory tree off of my home safely. They used chain saws, wood chippers, and cranes until the job was complete. Many hours were spent here that day. Tree Service Now/Angelo and his crew  were very professional, competent, and greatly appreciated in my time of need.  They cleaned everything up and left behind only the wood we had requested be left for firewood. Angelo did exactly as he said he would do on working with my insurance too... Over all I am very very pleased and can not say enough positive things about my dealing with this company. Thank you Tree Service Now, Angelo and crew. I will ALWAYS use these guys with any tree issue I ever have from here on out.

Recommended. Estimate was provided very timely with a competitive price. Special instructions and care were followed explicitely. They were able to work around my schedule. These guys can drop a tree on a dime. Mike is like watching Tiger Woods with a chainsaw.

They were grossly unprofessional and extremely overpriced, not to mention that they left a mess in my yard. They took full advantage of the recent storm and I regret ever calling them.

The experience with Tree Service Now was actually very good. They were timely, they arrived when they said they would, they did the work as expected, and they cleaned up. They left everything nice and neat when they were done.

It couldn't have been better. They were professional, they knew that they were doing and did their jobs well. They put things back that they had to move; they cleaned up well and didn't damage anything. They had pleasant attitudes.

They are very good at what they do. This was my first time using them.

I called twice and they never returned my call.

Called 3 companies for estimates. Tree Services Now came out to give an estimate within 1 hour of calling. The other 2 companies gave higher estimates and I had to wait for someone to contact me and set up an appointment. Tree Services Now came out on the day and at the time that they said they would be there. The workmen were very professional and careful. They hauled away all material and did a very good job cleaning up before they left. I would use them again in the future and highly recommend them.

They came and removed two trees one about 50ft high and the other was about 35 ft high. They completed the job in 1 hour and 40 minutes (not including the stump removal) The stump removal was done two days later

They did a good job. They found out things that needed to be done and completed those things. They were expensive.

I'm overall pleased with them with no problems at all.
